Though many travelers plan their stop in Malaga to include an all-day excursion to Alhambra, we hope you don't overlook some popular sites located much closer to the city itself.
The Moorish castle, 14th century Castillo de Gilbralfaro is a wonderful sight, part of our tour of the city. We also loved the new Picasso Museum.
Another excursion to consider is a trip to Ronda, a prehistoric city that can claim to be the oldest in Spain. Or a stop at the whitewashed village of Mijas, perhaps followed with a trip to the market.
