This Acapulco tour has been created to be a mixture of both eco-tourism and adventure using custom designed boats that will whisk you through the Papagayo River. Some would call this a white-knuckle ride, but we call it lots of fun.
As with all our tours, you will receive safety instructions and your life jacket before boarding your boat for a 50 minute adventure. Each boat has a capacity of 9 pax, keeping this a small tour in spite of its popularity.
Not only will you learn about the eco-system in your travels through the river but you will enjoy a few thrilling twirls and spins on the water. A speed of 40 miles per hour will end the tour with a spinout designed to thrill.

| We had a fantastic time on the Jetboat. Our driver was incredible. What a rush! He also took the the time to stop for photo ops as well as time to tell us about the local flora and fauna. it says in the trip description that they do a 360 deg. turn, they dont..... they do about 12. woohoo! |

We enjoyed the jet boat ride very much. It was a good mix of excitement on the speed, turns, the information and the visual on the slower tour through the mangroves. Our guide was informative and helpful and concious of our safety. We appreciated being picked up at the ship promptly. We will definately recommend ShoreTrips on the cruise critic website and to any of our friends travelling to Mexico.

| Our ShoreTrip was excellent! We had a great time!! It was just what your description said it would be. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It turned out to be the exact same JetBoat the Cruise line used and instead of being one of many, we had our own private city tour, to the JetBoat site. Our guide, Eduardo was very friendly and informative, pointing out all the highlights of Acapulco on the way to and from the site - answering our questions, etc. |

| Very fun shore trip. Friendly, kind driver who went out of his way to point out interesting things to us to and from boat trip. Pilot of boat was crazy in a good way. We had alot of fun! |

| When we were on the Celebrity Infinity on a 15 night Panama Canal cruise, I had booked 8 of us on the Jetover Adventure in Acapulco. The driver who took us to the river for the adventure was awesome, on time and very courteous. I wanted to let you know all of us enjoyed that adventure tremendously. We got a boat all to ourselves, while the cruise ship people were waiting in long lines at the dock waiting to get their turn. We felt special. Thank you for making it possible to take my guests on such a well thought out and exciting river ride! |
