Relax and enjoy the picturesque mountains surrounding you as you sail for 3 hours in beautiful Montego Bay.

After being picked up at the cruise ship pier or your Montego Bay hotel, you will be transported to this sleek and spacious catamaran for a day of sailing, sun and fun. Transfer time will be approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
Catch a few rays or duck under the large interior covered area for some shade. The brilliant blue waters of the Caribbean will be calling to you as you begin the sail to your snorkeling destination. Upon arrival, your snorkel gear will be distributed and our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to provide instruction for anyone who wishes it. For your safety, all crew members are licensed life guards. You will have about 45 minutes of snorkel time to enjoy the "world under the water."
After the fun of snorkeling, your boat will set sail again to Jimmy Buffet's famous Margaritaville. For 30-45 minutes, you can be a Parrothead and enjoy a drink or buy some "Parrot gear."
On the return trip, we'll turn on the tunes, with dance lessons provided and foot massages available for the ladies. There will be open bar onboard, with your choice of Jamaica's own Red Stripe beer on tap, rum punch, fruit punch, sodas and rum and vodka drinks.

| Glad I found you on the internet. My reservations with you made it convenient to have my excursions booked in advance. I booked three excursions with you during my cruise vacation on Carnival. First excursion, we arrived in Jamaica for our Catamaran and my family and I loved it. The Catamaran was awesome and the crew members were so friendly. My first experience with snorkeling and it was great. Now I have a new hobby. The Buffet was a great not to mention the beautiful Caribbean waters. |

| All of us had a great time aboard your ship. The crew was friendly and helpful and the sailing was a blast.The beer was good and cold. We had plenty of time to use the trampolines and pick up a few souvenirs. The water over the reef was clear and good visability. We'd certainly use you guys again for other trips and recommend you to others. |

| My husband and I went on the catamaran sail and snorkel with Margaritaville on May 16th. We had a great time on our excursion. In fact, it was the best thing we did on our whole trip. The crew members on the boat were so nice and fun to be around. Thanks for making our first cruise a success. I would highly recommend this excusrion to anyone who stops in Montego Bay |

| We had a great time on the catamaran sail & snorkel. It was too choppy to dock at Margaritaville, but the crew was great. They took us out for a longer trip & then went out of their way to arrange for a cab to take us shopping. They were wonderful. We had a great time! |

I very much enjoyed my trip on the cat overall. I have been on other catamaran/snorkel trips, and this one was well done. The service was good, and I especially enjoyed having my feet and calves massaged after snorkeling. The trip to Margaritaville was fun as well. The excursion was well worth it, thank you for a very good time.

We had an awesome time. The catamaran excursion was perfect. Your staff was great! They were all very fun and they certainly enhanced our experience. They all seemed to enjoy what they do and were overall very helpful as we had never snorkeled before. | The over all excursion was fantastic. The guys on the catamaran were awesome. They were very friendly and went beyond the call of duty to be sure we had fun, and believe me we did. I will recommend this excursion to anyone I know going to Jamaica, everyone in the group loved it! |

| Our group was very excited for this trip, especially considering that high winds the previous day cancelled our stop in Grand Cayman when local officials closed the port, forcing us to remain at sea. As we gathered with the group from the Freedom of the Seas that was taking this excursion, we soon learned the similar catamaran excursions booked through the ship had been cancelled due to high seas and water that was too clouded for any decent snorkeling. Our concerns and disappointment over being cancelled two days in a row quickly vanished when our van arrived to take us to the catamaran! After a short van trip, we arrived at the pier and our group of twenty was joined by about another ten people to board the catamaran. This sailboat was huge and could have easily accommodated twice the number of people that sailed with us. After introductions to the staff, some safety tips, and an explanation of our day, we motored away from the pier and the crew quickly set the sails. The next thing we know, we are headed at high speed out into open water, with large waves on the horizon. As we were wondering how we were ever going to snorkel in these waters, the crew's plan became apparent - it was time to run some waves! As we crashed huge wave after huge wave, between laughs and getting soaked it was agreed this was better than the best amusement park ride any of us had ever been on. When we were all sufficiently wet, the crew trimmed the sails and headed us back toward shore (and some calmer waters!) for some snorkeling. They anchored us just off a large coral reef in fairly shallow waters that they typically would not have taken us to, but were relatively clear for some great underwater sights. Snorkeling instruction was provided for anyone who had never been or just needed a refresher, and then we hit the water. The sights were unbelievable, as we swam among schools of colorful fish and the coral reef. Most of us spotted some very odd looking fish along with the occasional gem no one had ever seen - a huge neon, a brilliant turquoise blue fish, a black and bright purple fish, etc. After about a half hour, we all got back on the catamaran and headed to Margaritaville, with Red Stripes and Rum Punches flowing and island beats pounding. Margaritaville is an amazing place, with the requisite shopping for Parrothead gear, Jimmy Buffet music playing, margaritas everywhere - it's a good thing we were only there for about 40 minutes! After reboarding, we thought we were headed back to the pier, but no - one more trip through the big waves followed by Jamaican line dance lessons. This was an incredible trip, highly recommended to anyone, even if you have never snorkeled or don't want to snorkel. The staff was fun and very attentive, and my wife and I both agreed this was not only the best day on our cruise but one of the funnest days of our lives. | This was our favorite excursion. We've tried to think of a time we have enjoyed more, but can't come up with anything to compare. We went to a stunningly beautiful beach to board the boat. (I wish I could remember the name of that beach - it was perfect.) The boat was sparkling clean and beautiful. The crew was absolutely charming and took excellent care of us. They carefully instructed us on how to snorkle, so our first experience was a great one. The music was stirring - you couldn't keep from moving to the beat. All the crew members sang and danced while they worked around the boat. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing and it added so much to the fun. I am recommending ShoreTrips to all my friends - especially this excursion. Keep up the good work. It is appreciated! |
