The trip was great!! We had VIP service and great pictures taken of us. There were maybe 25 people total on the catamaran. Better than sharing with a huge group of people on the cruise ship. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Our trip to Stingray City on the catamaran was great. It was exactly as described. We chose to book through you instead of the ship's excursion and we were so glad we did. The ship excursion boats were also there. There had to been at least 100 people on their boat waiting for a turn to pet the stingrays. There were only about 30 people on our boat. The crew was great and we had a lot of interaction time with the stingrays.

Carnival canceled all of it excursions due to the weather. We still went to our Catamaran 3 stop snorkeling, due to the weather they shorten it to a 2 stop, but it was AWESOME! WONDERFUL! GREAT!!! TOP OF THE LINE! The staff was personal

I wanted to let you know, the excursion I booked in Grand Cayman was great. The location was convenient and easy to find. We had 9 people in our party, we all had a great time. There were other boats with people piled on; ours had about 30-35 people, but was not crowded. We are planning another trip to Bahamas or to the Caribbean next year, and we will try to book another trip with you.

Our excursion to Stingray City and to the barrier reef for snorkeling was terrific -- actually, it was our favorite activity we did while on our 7-day cruise! Stingray City was fun, but the coolest part of the trip was the snorkeling at the reef. We saw a moray eel, many beautiful fish, stingrays and even a shark. The shark swam around with us for about ten minutes. The crew was awesome, really working hard to explain everything and make the trip enjoyable. We saw many other boats in the water with lots more people on board, and our trip seemed much more relaxed. If we ever go back to Grand Cayman, we'll call again.

3-STOP ANGUILLA SNORKEL EXTRAVAGANZA - This trip was wonderful. We loved that there were only 13 people on the tour. The islands off Anguilla that we stopped at were absolutely beautiful. Having lunch on Sand Island was paradise.

"We joined the crew for our honeymoon from ST Marteen. The trip was the most amazing trip we have been on- and we travel quite a bit. I would highly recommend it for those who are wanting a fun relaxing stress free trip with a guide that easily flexes to the style of the group. We would go again any day any time on any trip. Shoretrips was quick in responding and very accurate in their descriptions. A must use for those who want the best of their vacation.

We had a wonderful time on our snorkeling trip to Anguilla. The crew could not have been nicer and lunch was excellent. The boat was not over crowded like most cruise ship sponsored excursions which I try to avoid. A very good value vs cruise ship excursions. I was surprised we were the only person on the tour from a cruise ship.

I MUST SAY "This" was 1 of the B-E-S-T shore excursions I've ever done!!! The price alone was so--well worth this trip. The staff was wonderful w/ lots of interaction w/ their guests onboard, the lunch was the "BEST" I've ever eaten (I didn't leave a crumb left on my plate) & the Islands taken to by your hi-speed catamaran, was the MOST BEAUTIFUL (UNDERSTATEMENT) I've ever seen. When we arrive again in St Maarten, I will rebook & do this same excursion again. I HIGHLY recommend this excursion to anyone who loves the beaches & beauty of the Islands & exquisite blue waters. I WILL see you all again ...We Love ya!!

The Sail and Snorkel Day in St. Thomas was incredible and definately the highlight of our cruise! The captain and mate made us feel very at ease and took great care of us. The weather wasn't perfect in the morning, however we made the best of it and had a great time sailing in the rain! The rain subsided by the time we reached St. John and the snorkeling was supurb. We have snorkeled in many places and this was definately the best! The captain gave us ample time to snorkel, and then following a nice lunch, we made our way back to St. Thomas. We will definately recommend this trip to our friends and family and hope to make it back one day ourselves. Also, your company was wonderful. Prior to booking the excursion, I called to ask a few questions and Barry was very helpful and gave wonderful recommendations. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our sail very much, had an absolutely wonderful time. Sharon, our captain, was great and her boat was beautiful. I would recommend this trip to anyone. We definately felt the trip was worth the money. Had no problems finding our wonderful captain. The whole day was perfect.

My sister and I had a wonderful day at the beach. It was perfect from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were good, the snorkeling fabulous, and simply lying in the sun looking at the gorgeous water was the best!! There was not a crowd one time while we were there....in fact, it was very quiet. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Playa Uvas from Cozumel. We were greeted at the check in by name very impreesive. We were immediately given sodas, beach chairs, and umbrellas put up for us wow!! Then our food and drink orders were taken. The snorkel guide gave us instructions on snorkeling and he was very patient with the slow learners (me). After I went waist deep in the water I chickened out he had another guide to come and get me and help me out of the snorkel gear and get me back safely to shore. The food was very tasty. The beach was small and quiet. Our waiter was very attentive. The snorkel guide wanted to take my husband on another tour because he swam back to shore to get the camera and missed the underground cave. We felt special. Only one thing strange we noticed and heard others say... The alcoholic drinks get stronger the more you drink. All and all a wonderful experience. We plan to use you guys again Sept 20-27 on our bahamas cruise from galveston thanks again...

The shore excusrion as amazing. My wife and I were on a 7-day cruise. Roatan was our second port stop and became our most favorite of the entire cruise.
We were met as we left the ship by one of the guides. We took a twenty minute van trip and then got on a small ferry boat. This place was unbelievable and is truly paradise. The staff were so nice and accomidating. The facility was so nice and clean as any place I have ever visited. The snorkeling was awesome. We also swam in the pool and kayaked. Our lunch was a shrimp salad and was very good. We all were able to eat together at a long dining room table. The waitstaff were so nice.

Roatan Cay was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from the crowds. The resort was spotless and our hosts were more then gracious. I did not want to go back to the boat. This was my first time using Shoretrips and I will never book trips any other way. You customer service and vendors are impeccable.

We had a beautiful day. We got there early. Captain Max was there to pick us up punctually at 9 am. It was just my sisters and I. No one else had booked the boat that day. We sailed around St. John and snorkeled in two places. The lunch was very good and throwing the decorative flowers into the ocean afterwards was a nice touch. We had a wonderful time. They were very attentive hostess'. That said, my sister Deb was quite taken with the whole sailing thing and wants to learn how herself!<BR>
We took other tours offered by the ship which were all too rushed. I will ALWAYS check with Shore Trips before I go anywhere because I would rather book through you.

I recently booked a Jeep excursion in Cozumel for August 11th for my husband and my honeymoon. I just wanted to let everyone know that we had an AMAZING time on this trip!! Our guide was absolutely phenomenal!! She had so much information about the island and the people that we felt like we lived there too! Any questions we had, she immediately knew the answer. Our group only consisted of four people total so we had the opportunity to learn and see so much of the island. We loved the smaller groups because it was very personal and we didn't feel like we were being herded around like the cruise ship excursions. The drinks at the bar were fabulous and the view of the ocean while sitting in a hammock drinking a margarita is indescribable! The chicken lunch was awesome and we had a great time talking to some of the townspeople. Snorkeling was also a fun experience and we got to see tons of different marine life. She would also tell us what we were looking at and she was able to answer any questions we had. This trip was by far the best excursion we have EVER been on and I would do it all over again in a heart beat! Everyone should take the opportunity to go on this trip when they are in Cozumel! I wanted to say THANKS for providing an amazingly wonderful experience for us!!

We did a private tour of San Juan where we were picked up at our hotel room and dropped off at the Royal Caribbean terminal. We had an awesome tour guide. With 30+ years of experience, he gave us insight into the different areas of San Juan. We got to see many different areas of San Juan and learned a lot of the history of the area. We really enjoyed the day. He also dropped us off to tour the fort and in Old San Juan for lunch. We would highly recommend this excursion.

It was absolutely wonderful for my clients. Their guide went far beyond there expectation. Not only were they treated to the beautiful sights of the Amalfi coast and Pompeii, but their driver took them back to the airport and helped them find their missing luggage, which they probably would have never seen again if not for him. Our guide met us with her 55 Chevy right at the pier. I felt like I was meeting an old friend for the day. She was an exceptional guide and very knowledgeable about the area and everything involved. She kept us moving and interested and the time went all too fast. She is full of energy and enthusiasm about where she lives and made us very comfortable all morning long. She gave us a chocolate and a big hug when we left. We loved it!

We had a fantastic time on the Jetboat. Our driver was incredible. What a rush! He also took the the time to stop for photo ops as well as time to tell us about the local flora and fauna. it says in the trip description that they do a 360 deg. turn, they dont..... they do about 12. woohoo!

When we were on the Celebrity Infinity on a 15 night Panama Canal cruise, I had booked 8 of us on the Jetover Adventure in Acapulco. The driver who took us to the river for the adventure was awesome, on time and very courteous. I wanted to let you know all of us enjoyed that adventure tremendously. We got a boat all to ourselves, while the cruise ship people were waiting in long lines at the dock waiting to get their turn. We felt special. This was incredible. The staff on this yacht were fantastic. We went on a 50ft. yacht to see the cliff divers and then back to a lagoon to snorkel and kayak. This was the best excursion on the cruise and can not thank you enough for the recommendation. The boys thought it was great we will always look to use your services on future cruises.

AWESOME! The best shore trip I've ever done. We were met at the dock on time and driven in a clean new air conditioned van to the location. Our driver was very informative about the history and sights of Belize (I wished we could stay longer). Our zip line adventure was the coolest ever. Our party of 11 included a 77-year-old, several teens, their parents, and an 11-year-old. Every one of us loved it. Truly a trip for all. Our guides couldn't have been more helpful. We had a wonderful lunch in a beautiful, remote resort. It was just gorgeous...in the middle of the rain forest. I wholeheartedly recommend the trip. ShoreTrips was great, including answering several questions I had before the trip. I would recommend this trip to all and will use ShoreTrips again. Thanks!

Taking this private tour was one of the best choices that we have made in shore excursions. Our guide, was very knowledgeable about the Altun Ha Mayan ruins and the Belize zoo. We had the feeling that he personally knew every animal in the zoo! We had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this tour. Being driven in a Lincoln Town Car beats the heck out of being herded on a large bus any time.

This ShoreTrip to the Altun Ha Mayan ruins was terrific! We had a wonderful guide and he couldn't have been more accommodating or informative. Our tour was very personalized because it was just the three of us...so nice not to be in a large group. He brought us to the ruins in an air conditioned car so it made for a very pleasant trip! Keep up the good work!

We went on the Altun Ha shore trip a few weeks ago, and have nothing but praise for our trip and especially our driver and tour guide. He was a non stop source of information for several hours, knowledgeable about the history of the place, and what's going on at the present. Coming and going provided us also with an idea of what Belize City looked like as well. We loved the small van, only 8 of us went, and much prefer that to big cruise line bus tours. We happen to enjoy learning about the history and the area of places we visit; not just shopping and beaches, so will look for a similar venue should we cruise again. Thank you.

We loved this tour. There ended up only being 6 of us in the jeep plus the guide. Our guide was fabulous. He stopped whenever we asked for a beverage or photo stop. We stopped at his friend's road side stand. He gave us a platter of pineapple, coconut and papaya. We also bought a few things from them. He was so informative and so willing to answer any questions we had about the island, government,etc.

In Curacao we went jet skiing and did snorkeling. Fantastic!!! There was only the guide and us. WoW!! Talk about a small group. When we got back to the ship we found out that people paid the same as we did and only got one or the other; jet skiing or snorkeling. Those that went snorkeling were very disappointed they said they didn’t see many fish. We went to a sunken tugboat and saw tons of fish. I felt like I was in an aquarium!! Again, people were envious and we became the “go to people” on things to do. Our ship neighbors were telling us that they kept peeking over the balcony to see what we were going to do on port days. They told us that we “did all the cool stuff”. LoL!! I told them that it wasn’t us, it was because of Shore trips!! So thanks again guys for another year of great shore excursions.

They picked us up on time and drove us out to their location. We drove around and explored various neighborhoods and big houses. Now the guide was darling and was a native of Curacao. He did a great job of stopping and checking on us and taking us places. We would give this one an 8 out of 10.

I hope this helps. This is from all the ladies who took the tours. THEY WERE EXCELLENT!!! They had a great time, saw everything they wanted. The guides were great and helpful.
They were sorry they didn't take tours in Athens, because they had a tough time with the taxis (you told me they would). They were actually thrown out of a cab because they were asking too many questions.
Anyway, your tours were perfect, would use Shoretrips again in a heart beat.

While in St Lucia with five couples we went on a couple excursions. Both excursions were packed with fun. On the ATV we toured the banana plantations, the shore line and took a dip in honeymoon beach. We stopped a home in the fields were they put out a spread of fresh fruits and baked good and cut a fresh coconut for each of us. When our ATV tour was done we got in the van and headed for the zipline. Highly recommend both excursions!!!!

The ride was a blast. That last time we did an ATV excursion it was on the main streets of the island. This was real ATV riding over rocks and tree limbs, etc. We loved it. The crew was excellent and very informative. You offer a great variety of tours and I would definitely book another tour through shoretrips the next time we cruise.

My feedback regarding the above-referenced excursion is 100% positive. I had a fantastic time riding the ATV's through the jungle. Though I did not go snorkling, the ATV ride was more than worth the cost.

We actually booked four excursions through you and we had a wonderful time.
COZUMEL-we booked the ATV Jungle and Beach Adventure. It was a blast. They picked us up from the pier and took us to the ATV's. We had a short instruction and then we were off. We stopped a couple of times to see a cenote and some caves. The guide then dropped us off at a private beach where we snorkled and relaxed. It was beautiful. When we were ready to leave, a taxi took us back to the pier to do some shopping. Overall, this was one of the best vacations we have taken, and we will do it again. We will only use ShoreTrips, as every excursion ran smoothly and our guides were awesome. All of our guides were aware that the ship left at a certain time and knew the time differences so we never had to worry about missing the boat. We also loved that our groups were small and we had personalized attention.

The highlight of our trip. We met our driver right away, we took a scenic drive(a little over an hour) to a side road where we met our guides, and our ATV's. The tour was Awesome. It was just my husband and I. We drove on cliff and beaches, took a dip in Honeymoon Beach, drove thru Banana Plantations and thru some of the forest. This trip was awesome! Overall, Shoretrips is the way to go. These (3)tours took us away from the crowded ship and the ship's tours. As long as you are aware fo the ship's departure from each island and book your trip accordingly, you will have no problem getting back on time. I will definately book again and recommend SHORETRIPS to everyone!

We booked the ATV tour of St. Martin. This was to be a 3 1/2 hour tour of the island. We ended up being gone for 5 hours.(GREAT)We got to see the entire island and some interesting sights. We enjoyed this tour, but I would caution people, if they have never ridden an ATV before. We were on well traveled roads, up and down hills, and some gravel type roads. My family has never driven ATV's and found that sometimes it was a bit difficult to manuever. Our guide was very nice and the company was safety conscious (providing helmets and safety instructions. We would recommend this trip to those who are familiar with ATVs and know what they are doing.

The ATX excursion in Cozumel was very good. The rep met us on time, the trip to the location was fine and the excursion itself was very interesting. The ATX machines were in good condition; our guide was informative and the swim in the sink hole/bat cave was really unexpected but very interesting!The trail to the sink hole was very rough, while we were OK with the rugged roads, we did get dirty but had a GREAT time .... this was one of the best excursions we have taken during a cruise. I will utilize Shoretrips for future trips.

Our tour guide was very informative and a pleasure to tour with. We covered over 60 miles of the island. On our journey we had the privilege of seeing a "non-native" green monkey, an operating windmill, beautiful views, the blow holes, growing sugar cane fields, and cattle leashed on open land. The lunch we had was of local fair and was very good. It was a wonderful adventure seeing so much of this island traveling in the Land Rover. We would highly recommend this tour to others.

The man that runs the excursion operation out of Grand Cayman was very nice and courteous. He drove us out to the beach in his own car and gave us some interesting information and history on the way. His assistant who drove us back from the beach was very nice as well and very knowledgeable about the island. There were two other cruise ships at Grand Cayman the day we were there and we were the only two people who had selected this excursion through ShoreTrips. This made for a nice, quiet afternoon relaxing on the beach. The restaurant and beach were perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. The restaurant staff was very nice and there were very few people around. The lunch we selected at the restaurant (barbeque chicken with rice and beans) was the best meal we had that entire week on our cruise. Having been on beach
excursions offered by our cruise line, this one was very much worth the money when you consider that you're sharing the beach with few or no other people.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Cayman Islands with our Beach Break. Due to the time difference there, we failed to remember we were 2 hours early when we checked in at the office. We thought we were only one (1) hour early and was going to make sure we knew where we were going and check in at the office and then do some shopping in the immediate area until they were ready to take us to the beach. However, the staff was very nice and cordial about going ahead and taking us to the beach early. Therefore, we had more time than we anticipated due to this time error on our part. Additionally, once we arrived at the beach, the guide showed us around and oriented us to the area and introduced us to the other staff on site. We literally shared our 1/4 mile beach with only one (1) other couple the entire time we were there. This was EXACTLY what my wife and I were looking for. Therefore, our expectations were exceeded with this excursion. We are repeat cruisers(8 so far) and get tired of being crammed into a small area of beach with literally hundreds of other cruisers from multiple cruise ships. So, we had a wonderful time on this excursion and was very glad we booked through you. We will be cruising again this November with another couple. We will definitely review the excursions on these islands for other bookings. Thanks again for an absolutely wonderful time. I mentioned to my wife when we got back that this was the most relaxing cruise I had been on and most of that reason was because of this excursion.

Easy and inexpensive! On the way from the pier to the beach, our van driver pointed out the crazy, packed public beach area that all the cruise passengers are funneled to and it looked like a nightmare! Instead, me and my husband shared a long, private strip of beach with just 4 other people for the afternoon. Lunch was fantastic we could eat anytime during the 3 hour break. The small restaurant there had both an outside deck with covered tables and an inside area with booths and A/C depending on your preference. I definitely will recommend this ShoreTrip excursion to anyone who is just looking to relax at the beach in Grand Cayman.

Overall the trip was very good! We saw bears (both brown and black) feeding on salmon, as well as hundreds of bald eagles and seals. The only problem was that the trip had to end! The vendor was excellent - very friendly, efficient; couldn't have been better. They were at the exact spot they were supposed to be at the right time. They even waited a few extra minutes for us when we were delayed by having to take a tender from the cruise ship ashore. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone who wants an up close and personal encounter with wild bears.

Perfect, we got to the jungle and went for the most amazing tour on our way to the river. Our guide took the time to explain the different types of plants, trees,etc. to us as we walked while other groups were just marching through to get to the river as soon as possible. It really made the walk more enjoyable and very educational. The float down the river was absolutely gorgeous. The tours were beautiful and the river was perfect and serene. Our guide knew a ton of history about the caves and did a wonderful job of pointing out the different landmarks as we floated. The lunch after the tour was also phenomenal. Authentic Belizean cuisine served up fast and hot!Overall the tour was a great value and our guide did an awesome job of showing and explaining everything to us.

Last week my wife and I went on the Belize Cave Tubing Tour and the Chacchoben Ruins and Maya Adventure Tour. To say they were both outstanding would be an understatement. I regret that I do not remember the name of our guide for the cave tubing. He was terrific. More than once he pointed out fantastic sights that we would never have noticed on our own. Examples are baby slaty-tailed trogons in a tree cavity; a sleeping boat-tailed heron; and, unseen by other groups, howler monkeys. In the caves themselves, our small group of five felt fortunate that our guide would pause to show us special sights, while larger groups nosily went right by.

First of all I must say that reading the other feedbacks on your website do not make justice to the excellent service provided by your tour guides. In Belize we were greeted by our driver, he was very amicable and friendly, talked to us the whole length of the bus ride which was approx. 45 minutes explaining the local culture, etc. When we arrived at the caves for the tubing experience we were met by our tour guide. He was great, he explained in great detail everything we wanted to know about the jungle, birds, trees, etc. always with a smile. The cave tubing experience was great, I highly recommended to anyone that wants to experience something different and have a great time. For our second shore excursion in Costa Maya we were approx. 35 minutes late, our fault… We went to the transportation desk per your instructions and there we were met by a great guy.....the captain had been sick and the day we got there was his first day back and he wasn’t feeling too good, regardless of his ailment he got my wife and I on a car and gave us the tour. Wow, that was great… He went beyond the call of duty and showed us different places other than the Chacchoben ruins, which is the tour we paid for. He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and very professional in his ways…. I will highly recommend your company to all of our friends that are planning cruise trips so that they too can experience the fantastic time we had. Great, Great Job… keep it up!!!!!

Okay, all of you thinking about going Cave Tubing in Belize on your sailing...I HIGHLY recommend it! And even more so through Shore Trips. The tour operators through Shore Trips did an amazing job. We got to go 1-2 caves higher than anyone else who booked with the cruise lines, and our guides truly guided all of us down through the caves. They are pretty dark and shallow in places, so I was glad to have a guide! Through the cruise lines, you are just left to go through on your own if you want. Some people were getting confused and lost and would try to hold on to our groups being guided down. It is not scary. Just an amazing sight and well worth the hike. It is not a bad hike...not strenuous at all. The ride to the caves is about and hour long, but the tour operators made it fun by giving you some insightful information about Belize! And finally, the lunch following the cave tubing was fantastic! All around, well worth the money, and a GREAT tour! I plan to give ShoreTrips big KUDOS for this tour, and all the other ones we did for this cruise! Have Fun!

The tour guide was great. He told us about the history of the island as well as the updates on the improvements being made since last years hurricane season. The story behind the Belize zoo was so interesting. What an incredible way to see these beautiful animals in their natural habitat. Quite a bit different than what we are used to seeing at the zoo in the states. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

The Best Beach Day in St. Lucia was the best! I was a bit concerned because it was a 7 hour excursion, but it was just what the name says, it was the best beach day! We were picked up by a dive boat and taken to a bay called Anse Cochan. Snorkeling was awesome and we could go back in the water as often as we wanted. I did not think the snorkeling could ever compare to Dominica, but this was just about as good. Beach was great, they provided chairs, umbrellas and lunch was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this excursion.

We went on a chartered trip to Sting Ray City---It was a beautiful trip. There were 9 of us on board, we each had a lot of quality time with the rays. They were beautiful and the interaction with them was unbelievable. The crew educated us and the nature of the rays, where the stinger was, how to tell male and female and made us feel very comfortable. We fed them and feeling the suction power they had was unimaginable. There was a nearby cruise ship tour, which had I am guessing very close to 100 people on it. They were all in the water, I bet they did not get the one on one time that we got on our tour, and I am sure it was a chaotic mess. I am very happy that we chose an off ship excursion company. The guides were very aware of the time we needed to be back and made sure we had enough time to enjoy the whole island. Tour guide took us to the Turtle farm, which was the highlight of the tour for me. I am crazy about turtles and would do anything to save them. There were turtles in there I have never seen. They have a beautiful beach that you can swim with turtles and fish--we were not allowed the time to do this due to the rest of the tour, but If I had to do it over again, I would give this place more time. We held the turtles and didn't realize how incredibly heavy they were--a three year old weighed approx 50-65 lbs. Then our guide took us to a local restaurant with a beautiful outdoor patio with the ocean foot steps away. He told us history of the Island, his close and horrifying experience with Hurricane Ivan, and much more. He was the best tour guide ever. Very personable and welcoming. It felt like being around one of the gang--very comfortable. We ate lunch,went swimming,drank local beer, swam some more. This was an excellent investment in money well spent. We all had and awesome time, and would recommend this trip and tour company hands down.

We actually booked four excursions through you and we had a wonderful time. GRAND CAYMAN-we booked the Stingray City Tour Combo which included the turtle farm and Hell, as well as lunch. It was awesome. The other tours that had been booked through the cruise line were huge and our group was about 10 people. During the Stingray City portion, we had three guides including a scuba diver that videotaped us interacting with the stingrays. We were able to feed and hold the stingrays and even kiss them if you wanted to. Then we were taken back to the shore and we were transported to the turtle farm which was really neat. We also were able to hold and pet the baby turtles. We were then picked up and taken to Hell where we were able to send a postcard from the Hell Post Office. Pretty cool. After we left Hell, we were taken to a small café on Seven Mile Beach where we ate a dish of Chicken, Rice and beans. It was delicious. Our guide then picked us up and took us back to do some shopping before having to board the ship. It was awesome.

I can't say enough nice things about the trip. The people on the island were nice, friendly and informative. My mother, 2 kids (ages 6 & 8) and I had a great time. One of the main reasons we chose you over the stingray experience the cruise line offered is that my daughter was too young to go on theirs (min. age 8). After speaking with others on the cruise who had gone with the ship, I'm glad she was too young. Not only was their trip more expensive (about $75, I think) but there were about 150 people and they didn't get to spend as much time with the stingrays or feed them. I think it was the highlight of our trip.

The Bob Marley tour was fantastic and my husband and I loved every minute of it! Our van driver was the greatest and we very much enjoyed talking to him during the 1.5 drive through the mountains (each way) between Ochos Rios and Nine Mile. He couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable or accommodating to us. We made sure to get a picture with him too! Also, since the Bob Marley tour isn't offered as a regular shore excursion by any of the cruise lines, we were able to get away from all the other people for a few hours which was really, really nice. Our Nine Mile shore excursion in Ocho Rios was fantastic. Our driver was a wealth of Local and historic information as well as part time comedian and off road driving champion - We all had a RIOT !! I would certainly return to Ocho Rios and I would definitely use and recommend ShoreTrips to our travelling friends. Our reception at the pier was prompt and courteous also; given the amount of excursions that were departing around the same time as us everything went smooth and quickly. Great Job !

This was our favorite trip of all. Seeing the "real Jamaica" by traveling through Fern Gully Rainforest on the way to Nine Mile was a real plus. Once there the site itself was very interesting as well. My two teen aged children really enjoyed seeing the birthplace of Bob Marley and hearing some of the folklore associated with it. Our driver, our Day guide, and our tour guide at the site were all just wonderful. Ja Mon!

This sidetrip was OUTSTANDING!!!!! There were just the 6 of us on this trip. We went to a resort to do our kayaking and snorkeling and also for lunch. Our guide was absolutely the best. He was very personable, professional and patient. Also, very safety conscious. He did a wonderful job with the entire group, but most especially with the people who had never kayaked before. He made sure everyone had a good time and were included no matter what their level of eperience. The spot was perfect for the kayaking and snorkeling. Remote and beautiful. We appreciated that we were the only ones on this sidetrip. That is one of the main reasons I book with Shoretrips. I like the exclusivity. And, as a Travel Agent, this is one of the things I sell to my clients about your company. Again, about this sidetrip, the included lunch was great. Lots of choices, very good food. Beautiful restaurant. The timing was perfect and everything was on time. This is an outstanding sidetrip.

I would like to say thank you for a most memorable time in Jamaica. We (My wife Leah and I) took the Bush Mountain Horseback riding excursion and we loved it. Our guide was an excellent guide and very friendly. We were the only two on the ride so it was very personal and private and not touristy at all. It was the highlight of our vacation and our first time on a horse !

It was absolutely terrific. We loved the hotel and the staff. They were kind to us and looked out for us. The covered cabana helped keep off some sun for a very white Oregonian, and the huge towel and comfy mattresses were perfect for reading, relaxing and enjoying the day. The pools are beautiful. I loved having access to the ocean, but also having refuge from the vendors. The "snack" was a great lunch and the adult beverages were excellent!

This was one of the best city tours that I have ever been on and I have been on quite a few around the world. Our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgable about the city, the relics, the plant life, the weather, the biology behind tequila production, the ecological explanation of the warm and cold water and the geopgraphy of it all. Also, he answered all of my brother's questions (he is a history major) so that was a plus. The boat tour part was great as well-we had a very funny guy who made jokes. He made jokes and offered to take pictures of our family on our cameras. No complaints about this excursion whatsoever. When I filled out his company's survey afterwards, I was very happy to give him all excellent marks. From the time he met us off the ship to the time he dropped us off he was great. He made our trip to the Mexican Riveria-Cabo San Lucas memorable.

We had an excellent time and the trip was wonderful. Despite the small crowd, we had a BLAST. The "captains" of the catamaran were wonderful, pleasant, funny, sociable... just overall fantastic. Our guide at Dunn's Falls was the best. We bypassed the long line at the left and had our own tour guide. Our bus driver and tour guide were great as well. After our excursion, we used them as our taxi and they brought us to the Hard Rock Cafe so we could eat lunch and do a little shopping and then came to pick us back up. Overall, it was a FANTASTIC day and I wouldn't hesitate to book with ShoreTrips again!

Have to say, we love the endless flow of rum punch and the snorkeling. The woman on our catamaran, braided our daughters hair because all the girls had theirs done and hers was not. She was so sweet. I highly recommend this tour for anyone in Jamaica. They are fabulous and we will book with 'shore-trip' again in the future.

You guys are great!! Very accommodating. We booked an excursion for the Mayan ruins in Costa Maya. Once we got there, we basically got a private tour our guide was very knowledgeable. And once we got to the gift shop area the tour was over for some people (they booked through another agency) but not for us. Another couple joined my Husband and me and the second part of our excursion was to visit and eat with a Mayan family. That was the best part!! They cooked a feast for us!!! It was wonderful!! When we got back to the ship everyone was envious of our trip.

We LOVED our excursion,out of the 3 cruise ports of call, this was our best. We had done our research, and you offered exactly what we wanted to see, experience, and learn at the best price. First of all, we too are "interpreters" of nature, history, culture, and heritage, belonging to three organizations of such businesses, and have seen many "interpreters." So, when we say that Davide and Silvana were top notch, we are comparing them to many. The event used all our senses. They both were able to make the explanations understandable and relate to us and our own lives. Their English was excellent, and Davide's accent charming. We had hoped to stand on the ruins, at least touch them, and did. We had no idea how many there would be. We also appreciated the "interpretation" of several of the plants and trees along the way. The final "icing on the cake" was to get to see the Mayan village, meet the family, make our own "wah", eat the delicious dishes, see the dance, and have a tour of their church and land. It was all more than we had hoped. I hope to have future contact with David and Silvana, for whom I have much admiration. They were both friendly and professional.

I want to comment on the Champagne Bay Snorkeling on Dominica - Our guide in the water pointed out many fish, coral and plants by name. Frank and I have snorkeled in over 30 places and this was by far some of the best. Not only the Champagne part put the reef surrounding it was absolutely incredible, such color, variety - some of the coral I had never seen before. I felt like I was swimming in a huge saltwater fish tank. I know we were fortunate, our guide said sometimes there are 300 people snorkeling there at one time. We were alone in the bay.

This snorkel adventure was among our best ever. The Champagne Reef is wonderful. We encountered every variety of parrot fish on our laminated fish identification card along with lobsters, three different kinds of eels, scorpion fish, puffer fish, trunk fish, wrasses, sergeant majors, lizard fish, and many many more. We had the snorkel guide, Diana, all to ourselves; and she was pleasant, patient and informative. In her words, "when I watch peoples' reactions, I realize what a special place this is."

The land portion of the trip was very nice, the accomodations were great, we met some really nice couples, enjoyed the bus and train and got to see alot on our tour into Denali. Things went perfectly and we were very pleased with our selection of ShoreTrips on the cruise. Your recommendations were tops! We ended up having a private tour and hike in Skagway with a charming and knowledgeable Irishman. In Juneau the helicopter ride was excellent, the weather beautiful and the scerery breathtaking. I got to sit in front so I took some gorgeous pictures. In Ketchican we had a delightful time with our guide in her 55 Chevy. She remembers you and said to be sure to greet you. Our flights were smooth both ways and we made all our connections...the one in Denver coming home. It was a MOST wonderful vacation.....and we can't thank you enough!

Well, it was a very busy vacation to say the least. Sometimes due to weather and other uncontrollable situations the best intensions don't always happen.
We had a nice time in St.Thomas and our tour guide Mr. Gumbs was very informative about the island. And our Blackbeard's Castle historian was very good. He knew a lot also.
Reasonable value for this tour.
Our next tour was in Antigua. I can't remember our tour guide's name.
The beach was not near as nice as the picture showed. The beach was not well maintained. There was very little to do there and the surf was really strong. I expected a calm beach to wade in like in the advertisement but it wasn't even close to calm.
I don't think it was the best value for the money and wouldn't book it again.
The next was in St.Kitts. We almost didn't make it into port. The current was so strong we had to go back out to sea for an hour or so then try to come back into port to dock with the help of a tug pushing us in. The weather was not very favourable so we drove around in the rain for about an hour then told our driver to take us back to the peir.
The biggest problem was the SUV It was way too small. My husband is pretty big so he sat in the front seat and me and the kids sat in the back. We were knee to knee, elbow to elbow, shoulder to shoulder. Our driver was very nice and the island for what we seen was nice and clean.
I wouldn't take this excursion again either. The vehicle was definitely too small for 4 adults.
The last excursion we booked was San Juan, Puerto Rico with air transfer.
Our driver was excellent. He took us through Old San Juan and New San Juan.
He drove us through places all over the entire island and was absolutley fabulous.
It was a great pleasure to have him as our guide. I wish I could remember his name, but I can't think of it.
So overall 2 out of 4 excursion were good.

Natalia (our guide) was excellent! He met us with a smile, and left us with big hugs! We were one of the first people at Pisa, so nice to see it without hoards of people. We left as all the tour busses came, priceless! He too, was so knowledgeable everywhere we went! And he told us facts with such passion, it made all the difference. Florence and the surrounding area was beautiful! He took us to a beautiful spot way on top of a gorgeous neighboorhood. Those pictures will be amazing! The whole town, the Arno river, so great! We walked thru many downtown areas, and the main square had the best gelato ever. Then we asked him to take us to a local restaurant away from all the tourists. He made a phone call, drove us there, table waiting, we felt like royalty! We all decided no museum, we wanted to see the Tuscan country! Oh my Gosh! He took us to a beautiful area, we were in awe! The whole trip was perfect! It was interesting, fun, exciting, and such a nice pace. It felt like we were there much longer. Having the private tours made all the difference. We did and saw so much more.. and it was just us! We loved it! Diane (my client) said it was the best vacation she ever took! It was so magical for me... If this was my only one time to visit... I feel truely blessed! WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!!! The best way to show our appreciation will be to share our fantastic trip with all our clients.. and give back to you as much business as possible!!

Seeing the water life through those clear kayaks was a perfect tease leading to the snorkeling activity. And that snorkeling was too glorious for words! The guide was super, walking us through all we needed to know, and making sure we were always safe and in the best spots to see the most fantastic things. Breath-taking while being totally relaxed and secure. Way cool!! I lagged behind at the end because I didn't want to stop!But then I knew the scrumptious lunch of fresh grouper was waiting my husband and I were. We will return!

We went on the clear kayak, snorkeling adventure. It was great!!!!! The guide gave us very personal treatment, showing us many sights. As we went snorkeling, we had some handicapped individuals with us. The guide was wonderful about helping them, yet keeping up with the rest of us. The food and the service was out of this world. Large fajita meal waiting on us and unlimited bar. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone!

What a great time. Our guide was very conscientious and showed us many things we would have missed. The clear kayaks were kind of scratched up and it was difficult to see much thru them, but weather was great and they did all they could to see we were able to see the sights.

Our shore trip to Playa Uvas was excellent! Our ship arrived late to port and further from Playa Uvas than expected, so I was a bit worried about
booking this over the internet. BUT when we arrived at the beach everything was just fine and we were extremely well taken care of. Our guide had a great attitude and away of handling everything made our 1st time snorkeling something we will never forget. Snorkeling was a blast! Then to top it off, we enjoyed a few of the all inclusive margaritas and cold bears along with fajitas and all the sides while comfortably kicking back under the shaded patio on the beach made it very hard to jump in a waiting taxi in time to get back to the ship. This is something I would definitely do again and recommend to others!

We enjoyed the excursion so much and appreciated the extra attention we received at Playa Uvas. The snorkeling was awesome, the food was great, the drinks refreshing and loved the service. All for less money than Carnival charged and we had a nicer meal and beverages included. The guides went out of their way to snap photos using our underwater camera and he dove farther than we could. Thanks and we will definitely use Shoretrips again when cruising.

We very much enjoyed the snorkel tour and beach day. We were taken care of very well. Treated like royalty and the staff was great. They gave us a lot of time snorkeling, which is what we liked best. The water in Cozumel was absolutely beautiful. There are some purple coral, not much. Food was great, so were the drinks.

I have to say, we were quite pleased with the service we received from shoretrips. My wife, 2 daughters and I went on our first cruise ever, a 4 day/night trip to the Bahamas. Having never cruised before, we were not sure of the procedures for booking land excursions. We attempted to schedule a dolphin encounter through the cruise line in what we thought was plenty of time in advance (3 weeks out). It turned out that the excursion was sold out through the cruise line. This was extremely disappointing to my family. The airboat tour was incredible, great guide, extremely personable and knowledgeable...and brave...maybe a little crazy, too. It was fabulous! The plantation tour was also wonderful, it gave us an entirely different perspective on history there. The plantation guide was also fantastic. It was just the two of us on this portion of the trip, and we really enjoyed the one-on-one discussions with both her and the man who drove us to and from the tour. The trip was worth every dime, and everything went off without a hitch...no problems, no suggestions for improvements. We actually booked four excursions through you and we had a wonderful time. We booked the Zip Line and Cave Tubing Combo. My only complaint about this tour is that it is an hour drive from the pier to the zip line and cave tubing. Our guide picked us up and drove us to the zip line where we were the first group of the day. There were six different sections and it was a lot of fun. After we finished the zip line, our guide took us down the road to begin the cave tubing. It was only my husband and I in our group, which was so much more personalized then the other groups we saw. It took us less time to complete this excursion due to the fact that we didn't have to wait on several people. After we completed the cave tubing, we were taken for lunch at a local restaurant. The rice was really good. The chicken was good too. After we finished lunch, we were taken back to the pier for some shopping.

What a Shore-trip! So un"belizeable"! I now "belize" it! Our tour guide was very infomative and funny tour guide. We were met at the pier as promised and then led by a short walk to our waiting mini tour vans. We were a group of 13. We drove about an hour to the cave tubing and zip line park. We were very nervous about doing such adventurous things but what an experience that was! So awesome. The zip line was better than even imagined and the tubing so cool and refreshing. The scenery was really beautiful and will be remembered as a highlight on our cruise. I would never hesitate to use ShoreTrips again and was very pleased with the service and knowledge. Again, we loved our tour guide and wish him and family well.

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time my clients had on their recent trip to Alaska. Mr. (name withheld) expressed that ShoreTrips was very personalized and very professional. Just a few highlights: Mr. and Mrs.(name withheld) confirmed on the Combo Tour: Whale Watching and Mendenhall Glacier tour in Juneau. Mr.(name withheld) described the tour as “tremendous”. He said they saw about 14 whales on the tour, some breaching very close to their boat. He said it was so nice to be on a smaller boat and be able walk around the boat to see the whales without so many others. They were also confirmed on the Best Boat Excursion to the Silver Bay Hatchery. Mr.(name withheld) raved of this tour! He said their guide was a local Indian who grew up in the area. On the way to the Hatchery they had gone past the reservation where he’d grown up and gave them a lot of history of the area and he had also worked in the Hatchery during the summers when he was younger. Mr.(name withheld) said it was so nice to be able to stop and ask questions along the way at anytime. He mentioned that he had seen the Holland America tour as well and there were maybe 5-6 boats along the river and mentioned how nice it was to be on a private tour. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to give our opinion of the trip. We had a wonderful time with the Greenway tour and the staff provided. There was a driver and a guide. Sorry I didn't write names down and have forgotten. They were early for pick-up, very neat, courteous and very, very helpful. When I had a question, it was usually answered with a colorful book on the subject. Travel to and from did not take very long and the van clean and comfortable. The zip line event itself was awesome. The whole process, from putting on the safety equipment to the first "training" run, was explained in full to everyone so there really wasn't any need for questions or concerns. At least one in our party was a little worried about the heights and equipment meant to keep her safe but she quickly settled down and I believe, enjoyed herself like the rest of us.
My wife and I have done a lot of "things" while cruising and visiting other countries but we normally decide we've done that so no need to repeat. We look forward to our next adventure on a zip line. That's how much fun we had. And we were a small enough party that we moved along at a very good pace.
In closing, this is the second time over the past 14 months we've used ShoreTrips for side trips and have thoroughly enjoyed both. We just got back from Alaska and wanted to tell you about our Backcountry trip in Denali...IT WAS AMAZING....you do NOT have a good enough description of it on your website. We got FRESH cookies both on the way there and back, along with water, pop, coffee, and tea...also they had peanuts, crackers and all sorts of snacks! When we got to the lodge we had an opportunity to pan for gold, watch a McKinley video, go hiking in the area or just relax after lunch. They also gave anyone the opportunity to fly back for $195 each...2 of us took that. We saw tons of wildlife and got great pictures, of course it was a sunny day so the mountain was OUTSTANDING! Just thought I would let you know how happy everyone was (long ride - but great) AND also some of our party took a hike and float trip thru you out of Skagway, and compared to the Princess (same exact trip) your trip was MUCH better; snacks, better guide, etc. GOOD....wonderful guides and a beautiful location...it was GREAT!...just to let you know! I am delighted to report on my recent tour w/the wild dolphins in PVR. The two young ladies who ran the trip were completely and totally in love with what they do - monitor and protect their families of dolphins. It reflected in everything they did, and it made the trip truly enjoyable. I cannot express loudly and jubilantly enough how amazing this trip was for me. The guides were as excited and thrilled as we were to get in the water to play with the right dolphins. On our little panga, there were 6 other participants. I found that one couple, from Mexico, work for a friend of mine in PVR. As it turns out, I made some amazing friends on this 3 hour trip in addition to my wonderful dolphin experience, too.

My wife and I visited Cozumel on the Carnival Miracle. When I say my wife and I had a blast, I am really understating the fun we had! Our guide met us a little earler then we were scheduled, which we liked right away! The Dune Buggy was soooo cool. The cooler was full of soda, water and BEER! We first drove out of town, (by the way....... you do NOT just stay in 1st gear!!! :) ) to a small beach to do snorkeling. My wife and I have snorkeled many times in the Carribbean, but, thanks to our guide this was the most fun! (Ever held a sea urchin??) Next we visited a little town for some "culture", where we got to hold a very large lizard. Fun! Next was lunch. Homemade, in a little shack by the beach! Not only was the food great, but the spot was just FUN. After lunch we had the option of visiting the Tequila Factory. WOW! That was very cool, and our group loved the free samples! All I can say was my wife was MUCH more relaxed heading back to the ship!!! We are so glad we did this from Shoretrips! We had a small group, 7 people. We all had seperate buggys, and the drinks! I spoke with some people that booked a similar excursion on the ship, and they had a big group, very generic ride, and no BEER! Great job, Shoretrips! We will continue to book ALL of our excursions with you guys!!

This was the highlight of our trip - At first we were leary of this because of the location where you meet and register for the trip (but I think that has alot to do with when you first get off the ships, but that feeling left as soon as we hopped in the buggies and off we went 1st stop the snorkel area - we chose not to snorkel but walked along this area and played in the pools and discovered the marine life - back in the buggies and we went to an area where a festival was about to begin and we say the ruins and the first catholic church and were able to look at some of the displays for the festival back in the buggies and we were off along the water and then to the spot for lunch and swimming - good food, drink and swimming. From there we went to the tequila factory (some of the other people didn't want to go there so the guide at the end of the buggies took them back to town) We went thru the factory's displays tasted the different tequila's and bought some too. Then we asked our guide about a sign we saw for Mexican blankets - he took us to a little shop in the middle of no where and we made some purchases. This was great and considering 5 of the 9 of us were 26 and under and they are still talking about this trip. I have a new out look on Mexico and can't wait to go back to Cozumel for a week.

This was the highlight of our honeymoon cruise! I have recommended the excursion(and Shore Trips) to my friends who are getting married in December. The tour operator is one block from the outdoor mall and was an easy ($6) taxi drivefrom port. My wife and I had our own dune buggy, there was one other couple who had their own dune buggy, and the tour guide and his friend/chef who were in another dune buggy. The buggy was awesome to drive on the bumpy trail through the jungle, while doing donuts on the beach, and even through town on our way to the trail. The trip was great. It was only four couples that went. The trip was worth the price. We didn't have a problem finding the tour. We came in on the pier that was further away, but the cabs were cheap, and our cab driver found it for us. We shortened the tour a little bit, because the wives wanted to shop a little in Cozumel, but we still had a great time and would do it again.

We had an awesome time in Jamaica! Our taxi driver picked us up and took us to the horse ranch. We had the most hilarious guides who took us out on the horses down to the beautiful beach. They showed us herbs growing in the wild and beautiful flowers along the way. Everyone at the ranch was excellent! We got great pictures on our horses while we rode thru the water. Everybody there made sure we had a great time. Then our taxi driver picked us up on time and, per our request, swung us by a popular jerk hut where we got the best bbq chicken ever! (the place he took us we recently saw on the travel channel! It was that good!!) Then he took us to dunns river, which we climbed, got great souveniers, and then took us back to the boat!( It was a full day excursion). It was one of the best days out on our whole cruise! Highly recommend!

The raft trip in the eagle preserve was a treat because it also was family owned and operated. They have a local resident as one of the guides so they have permission to use a portion of the river the large companies have to stay away from. It was nice not being part of the large group of rafters used by the cruise lines. Our guide was a lot of fun. Very relaxed, young and full of stories. We were even able to float by his village. He spotted eagles for us we would never have noticed. Once we came ashore, they had snacks, hot chocolate and a high powered scope for us to look through so we could spot mountain goats on the side of the mountain. My husband so enjoyed the trip he would have liked another hour on the raft.

We really enjoyed all of our shoretrips. We would of liked more time at Trunk
Bay but we really enjoyed it. Our guide did a wonderful job on the tour and
everything went as planned. The extreme powerboat adventure was wonderful,
The two captains were funny and informative. We enjoyed the shore lunch as
well as the snorkeling at the Pillars of Hercules and the tour of Nelson's
boatyard. This was a great adventure. In Puerto Rico we did the Bio Bay trip
and had a great time. I didn't like the fact that a powerboat comes through
the mangroves. It freaked my wife and daughter out. I wouldn't hesitate to use shoretrips again. We really liked the small group feel and the knowledgeable guides.

My husband and I booked a ruins tour with ShoreTrips; our cruise ship schedule meant a tight timetable for us. But our ShoreTrips guide made sure we stayed on schedule and met all of our transportation connections. He met us on shore in Cozumel, helped us get to Playa and to our van, and we had a terrific tour of the ruins. He even brought us cold bottled water to drink. We loved the fact that we could go at our pace to see everything, and not get stuck in big groups and lines. Our native guide knew so much about the history of the Mayan people and their culture. We were even shown pieces of ancient pottery and obsidian that our guide found as we walked along. The van ride to and from Playa was like a mini history lesson, which my husband and I both enjoyed. Everything went smoothly and we would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks!

I'd love to give my feedback on our walking tour of Barcelona because it was absolutely perfect. Our guide was marvelous. Although the day was crowded with revelers for St. George's day, he kept us free of the crowds. He hit all the hot spots yet was sensitive to our desires. His knowledge of the taxi system and the metro assured that we got from place to place when walking would not suffice. He would change his plans in an instant if we desired. I cannot praise him or shoretrips.com enough. Ship excursions that day did not fare well: a marathon planned for that day mired down the buses so badly that excursioners wound up walking and missing most of their stops. The three of us saw everything we wanted to see and more!

We arrived at the taxi area and had no trouble taking a taxi to the fishing boat. Everyone knew our Captain, so we had no problems finding him. When we arrived at the dock he was on the boat waiting for us. The taxi driver introduced us and we got on our way. He was very nice and professional. We enjoyed this excursion because it allowed us to be by ourselves away from the large crowds from the cruise ship. My boys are 8 and 5 1/2. My oldest son was the first to catch a fish. We waited the rest of the morning and no other fish bit. We listened on the radio and found out that 10 fishing boats had gone out that morning and my son was the only one to catch a fish. The Captain was very good and I would recommend him to anyone. We appreciate your help in making the arrangements. We will definitely consider using you again when we take another cruise.

I want to let you know what a fantastic time we had on the excursion we booked through you for our visit to Alaska. The Misty Fjords Executive Sightseeing tour was everything we hoped for and MORE! We had such a good time and it was just an incredible experience. Our pilot was so wonderfully conscious of everyone’s comfort-he was fantastic. There were 4 people on the tour and it was great. The scenery was breathtaking, the commentary was extremely informative, and he went out of the way to assure that we saw wildlife. It was an incredible experience-if you are going to Alaska and want to do more than hit the shops, this is a must do event.
Luke even had music playing through the headphones we wore that was just perfect for a scenic flight like this. We’ve told EVERYONE about it-when we returned to the ship and told folks what we did they were envious. I would definitely do it again. Thank you for setting this up for us! The tour is amazing!

For this trip our driver was excellent, very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and personable. He was on the pier when we disembarked, waiting for us. The van was nice and comfortable.
We loved Florence (Firenze)Really can't say enough about your service.
We plan to use you next year as we travel to Venice, Athens. Croatia, and the Greek Isles. Definitely recommend you to my clients. We feel we got to see more and spend our time where we chose.

We enjoyed our trip to Florence and travel thru the Tuscany area. Our driver, was accommodating. The best part was the Benedictine Monastery in Florence that he showed us--a highlight of the area! I wouldn't make another visit to Pisa. Our tour guide from Cannes to Monte Carlo, was fabulous--he was totally enjoyable and entertaining as well as informative! I would definitely recommend Shore Trips to anyone as we had a positive experience!

The Folkshow at Nicholas Palace in St Petersburg, Russia was wonderful. The music, the dance, the costumes and the performers were all the best. Also, during intermission the drinks and appetizers were very good and well presented. It was a most enjoyable evening.
My only suggestion would be for you to tell your clients to arrive early enough to get their choice of seats because they are on a first come, first serve basis. None of the seats are real bad but of course center seats are best!

I can not say enough good things about our shore excursion. We have been on 3 cruises and have gone on 12 shore excursions. The one with ShoreTrips was by far the best we have ever experienced. Keith was our guide. He was knowledgeable about the history, culture and flora of the island. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable trip. The best stops were our impromptu stops like when he pulled over and showed us a cocoa fruit and cut it open to show us the cocoa beans inside. He customized the trip for our interests. The overall shore excursion exceeded our expectations and probably was a major reason why my wife like Barbados the most of any island we visited!!
Even when the trip was over, I wanted to properly thank Keith for his services. When I asked him what a good tip was for a group of our size he was hesitant to even say what would be good. He was almost embarrassed to even discuss it.
Suggestions for improvement...just employ Keith and others like Keith whenever possible. He will reflect positively on your organization and the island of Barbados.
Thank you for the enjoyable trip. I will definitely use ShoreTrips again on my next cruise.

Our trip was FABULOUS!!!! I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was the only excursion we took this cruise, so I was really trying to find something fun and educational for our family to do, and this was beyond what I expected. Given that we had four children, the fact that we were by ourselves with our guide made the day much less stressful. That way the kids were annoying us, but they always annoy us and we didn't have to worry about their bickering bothering anyone else!!! :) Plus, our guide took time to really talk to the kids and give them a great day. I was also pleased when I found out that our ship had offered a similar trip with the same company, but ours was much better. They had a large group with the guide, and their excursion was only about 1/2 as long as ours - but cost the same amount!! We got to go to a secluded area and see a beach covered with washed-up coral that the group from the ship didn't get to see. The day was very well planned. We had no problem finding a taxi to get to the headquarters, and there was a van that had just dropped off a group from our ship so we did not have to wait for a taxi at all. The staff was extremely courteous and accomodating. I have recommended this excursion to several people, and I would recommend your company to anyone.

We want to give a special thanks to the company in Rome. Somehow when we reached Rome, we had scheduled a tour for the next week on the same day. When I called and spoke to a gentleman, he was very, very, accommodating. He had a tour bus for TWELVE people at the dock in less than ninety minutes. When I asked about a tour guide, he was very sweet and said, "let me work on one miracle a day". Well not only did he accomplish "One miracle, but he also had an English speaking guide join the tour when we reached Rome. He pulled out a "Two Miracle Day!" I would like to personally thank him for all his trouble and "both miracles" he saved our tour of Rome and saved our day. We had a fabulous trip to Rome and he was our benefactor. As always we want to say Thank You for a great tour and I would personally like to say Thank You!

Just writing to tell you that the eco tour in Aruba was perfect. The guide arrived at the ship at the time supplied. Because we were the only people taking the tour, the guide offered to take us in his "air-conditioned" jeep as opposed to us taking our own. We decided to take our own jeep (that's half the fun!) The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us. The lunch that was supplied was pretty good as far as tour lunches go. My wife and I had taken a tour like this a couple of years ago thru DePalm tours and we agreed that this tour far exceeded what DePalm offers because we saw more of the island and didn't get stuck at DePalm's island for half the tour! The other couple that was with us had never seen Aruba before and they raved about this tour and the guide. We will promote this trip to all of our clients that we send to Aruba and will be using your company in the future.

We were all thrilled with the trip in St. Petersburg,Russia. It was one of the best I have seen in my 30 years in the travel business. Since we had two ladies that were disabled and had trouble walking, our guide was very aware of there limitations. Whenever there were sits, she would bring the entire group to that area. we would all recommend Maria to anyone. The gentleman in Berlin was well informed.

We enjoyed our excursion!!! We had a family of 10 ranging in ages 2 - 59. There was a nice variety of activities and the beach was great. Not crowded - plenty of room to move around. Very nice buffet. This was our first cruise and we were nervous about getting off the ship but the port in Cozumel is nice - easy to find our way around and everyone was friendly and helpful. Water and beach were gorgeous. Thanks so much!!! We had a great time.

Even though we were inexperienced, the guides were very helpful and adjusted to our pace. There was no problem finding the guides. In talking to others about what they had paid, we felt that the trips were not overpriced, especially for the individual attention we received.

My group absolutely loved their trips all the way around!!! The sightseeing part of their trip must have been good because I guess they had the girls scared and quite jumpy at times throughout the tour - just what they had wanted! They even got to see the famous haunted ballroom and freebies from the hotel. The dinner afterwards was great!! They were only supposed to be there for 1 and 1/2 hours and were there for almost 3 hours! The chef had the whole group doubled over in laughter. Shelly, my client, has suggested that every one of my other clients that is going to New Orleans must go there! Please tell Julie "thanks" for working on setting up this group tour for me. They really had a grand time and I think this helped make their trip extra special. Thank you for putting together a quality program for my group!

We really enjoyed the old San Juan Biking Adventure. Angie, our guide, could not have been more accomodating and we loved her narration. El Morro was very interesting, and what a view! The biking was a little strenuous than expected, so when we needed to stop and rest we would. We had a snack and went on. They tailored the trip around us when they realized some of us were having a bit of a hard time. I work out, so I was fine, after the tech adjusted my seat. Having a tech riding along is a great asset! My only problem was that I was a little leary on the downhills. My family was conspiring against me after the first 20 minutes, they were dying! I think it was a combination of the heat and humidity, along with exhertion. My husband isn't in the best of shape but he hung in there and actually enjoyed it, my daughter is 18 and my sons are 25 and 15, the 15 yr. old is always active and he absolutely loved it! We took the bikes back a few minutes early and Angie escorted us shopping which was very helpful, along with the maps of the shops that you had sent to me. We went to the coffee museum to get what we were told was the best coffee, but they were closed. Angie talked them into opening the gift shop for us!!! Afterwards, everyone was glad that we did it the way we did. The cruiseline offers a bike tour which is more expensive, less time and the bikes aren't as nice as yours. I have given your website to our travel agent for recommendations. I will definately contact you for all future trips. Thanks again for all your help to make our cruise complete!
P.S. My older son wanted to take Angie home with us, she is such a sweetie!!!

I just wanted to let you know how FABULOUS the snorkeling/sailing excursion was in Nassau. The boat picked us up right at the end of the pier and we were off to a relaxing afternoon. The crew was very professional and courteous. We motored out to an awesome reef that offered some of the best snorkeling I have ever done. Some of the first people off the boat saw a baracuda and a shark and were so excited! People could not get in fast enough (it was a sand shark so no danger). The coral was the most beautiful colors. One of the crew came in the water and helped those of us whose masks leaked and just to offer any help needed. He was very good about identifying fish and coral to anyone who asked. On the return, the sails were raised and they sent around baskets of snacks to pass around. Everyone just laid back, drank, ate and relaxed. We were blessed with perfect weather too! Most of the people that went said that this was definately the highlight of their trip.
Thank you for everything you did to make this trip a reality. I really appreciate the support and you can be sure that I will be contacting you in the future. I will also be recommending you and your excursions to all of my future clients!

We took the half day in Izmir/Ephesus and half day in Istanbul and we were delighted with both. Our guides were knowledgeable, personable and above all flexible. Both trips were the highpoints of our cruise. Our only regret is we didn't book a Shoretrip in Athens or Katakalon. We would enthusiastically recommend Shoretrips to our friends and look forward to using your guides in the future.

We took the half day in Izmir/Ephesus and half day in Istanbul and we were delighted with both. Our guides were knowledgeable, personable and above all flexible. Both trips were the highpoints of our cruise. Our only regret is we didn't book a Shoretrip in Athens or Katakalon. We would enthusiastically recommend Shoretrips to our friends and look forward to using your guides in the future.

We had a fantastic time in snorkeling in Key West, FL. It was a beautiful spring day, and only 10 people on our catamaran. It was so peaceful to have such a small group. None of us thought about it until we saw the "booze cruises" come up jammed with people. We appreciated the personalized service and best of all getting there early enough to be the only people in the water. Great job!!!!

Our Sailboat Charter was great! Mike was an excellent host and extremely good at what he does. He provided us with a relaxing trip without the large groups. Everyone in my family had a great time. Neil was a wonderful captain of his sailboat. He was pleasant and accomodating. He strongly suggested that we go to a different area for stingray snorkeling rather than where the ships go and we are thankful for his suggestion. On the sail back he handed over the wheel to one in our group and he sailed the boat in. This person later told me that it was one of the best experiences of his life. And for that, I am grateful to ShoreTrips! I would highly recommend ShoreTrips to anyone. We are thankful to the person in our group who surfed the web in search of trips other than what the cruiselines offer. This was one of the best excursions I've taken in all my cruises. I recently enjoyed a half-day city tour of Santiago, Chile. The price was reasonable, and all arrangements were handled smoothly and efficiently. The guide was excellent and very well prepared--even managed to get us a private tour in a museum that was ordinarily closed on the day of our visit.

This was a 10 year anniversary vacation for us and everything from start to finish was perfect and beyond expectation. Especially the shore excursions provided by Shoretrips. My wife and I were deeply pleased to have gone with Shoretrips and not wait till we got on the ship to purchase any excursions. While everyone on the ship was out on the same beaches, on the same boats, or snorkling the same shorelines, we had the feeling that these excursions were designed soley for us. Because we were the only ones to sign up for our trip, another couple joined us and we agreed to alter our plans. We had a very nice boat ride of the inner lagoon and saw quite a bit of the island from the boat.

Our Dune Buggie shore trip was very good. The guide was waiting for us at the pier and from there we were on our way. We visited the Bat Caves, the Cliffs along the ocean, Cliff diving, and the Flamingos. Our beach stop was beautiful.

Without a doubt, my entire family had by far, the best outing that we have ever been on in all of our years. I have previously rented ATVs as well as Jeeps but this adventure tops them all in comparison. My son had a blast making donuts and my girls loved being covered in mud. The beach was beautiful as well as the water. The bat cave was fascinating. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and professional and made our day truly memorable. I will be glad to be a reference to anyone who visits this exotic island.

I was actually the participant on this excursion. I am new to CruiseOne and had never used ShoreTrips before. If this excursion is representative of the types of trips you offer I will definitely be recommending you. The blue bus was right where the tenders dropped us off in Sitka, we couldn't have missed it. Our guides were great taking care of us. One in our party had never been kayaking before, and they worked well with her out on the water. There were just the three of us with our guide so it was like having a private tour, that was special. I am taking a group of friends on a cruise to the Western Caribbean in January and hope to use you again!

The most talked about part of our trip. My husband and I were concerned that this would be a token ride. But we were out with Sebastian and his dogs for an hour and covered 2 miles with frequent stops to pet the dogs. It was just our party of 3 (parents with 13 year old son) with the Iditarod musher, Sebastian. There were 12 dogs pulling our sleds and 76 dogs in camp. Everyone got a turn to be the back musher. Sebastian told us all about the dogs and training for big races like the Iditarod and the Yukon Quest. Sebastian's Dog Camp is the only one on this particular glacier. Once the helicopter that brought us left, there were no other noises but the dogs and ourselves until we were picked up. There was an amazing view of Mendenhall Glacier and Lake on the trip up and back from Sebastian's camp, and the pilot gave us a little bit of background on the area too. This was an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience for our whole family.

The Trip was AWESOME!!!! We had debated as to whether it was a good idea to book with SHORETRIPS as opposed to the cruise line but we are so glad we did. We wish we had booked other excursions with you as well. We also really appreciate the last minute reschedule of our excursion to the cruise line bumping us to a later date. The pilot was knowledgable and great with our kids. The aircraft was well kept and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Coastal helicopters provided all the gear you could need so just bring a camera. Thanks again we will certainly recommend you to everyone who we know is going to Alaska.

It was fantastic! When we arrived in Juneau it was very rainy and cloudy, all of the cruise lines helicopter tours were cancelled. I called to see if we were still going and they said the pilot hadn't decided yet and they would let us know when they came to pick us up. Well, at 10:15am the van pulled up and it was a go!! They guys were a real treat, they made our whole tour more fun!!
Our flight took us from the airport over to the Herbert Glacier where we landed and got to walk on the glacier. We were there for about 20 minutes "skating" in our shoes before we got back into the helicopter to go up to the top for a spectacular view and then the flight down the Mendenhall Glacier and back to the airport.
It was the experience of a lifetime and we would do it again in a heartbeat!! As a travel agent I will recommend Shore Trips to all of my customers, Alaskan or Caribbean!! Thank you for a terrific experience.

The Hike and Float trip in Skagway was nothing less than FABULOUS. I would highly recommend it to anyone. You go along the footsteps of the gold miners for sure and the guides love their job and are so informative. The group was only eight people which is wonderful too. The wonderful ride to the trail to do the hike was great and very photogenic. Our guide stopped on the way there and on the way back when he saw something worth a photo as in the whales!!!
It was a small group of people which made it so personal. I saw bear droppings,bear paw prints,moose prints,exotic mushrooms,beautiful foliage with various trees and plants, which were explained in depth to us from our guid (he has such knowledge). I have amazing photos for memories.
The hike was very nice and actually quite easy. The tour leader was amazing and very helpful. It was nature at its best with this great hike.
He told us what to do if we saw a bear and we did! It was across the river however, but was huge with her baby bear if you can call the baby a baby. She quickly disappeared with her cub when she saw us looking at her. She was AMAZING to see and her size was extremely larger than I could have imagined.
The float part was incredible. I saw a sea lion, lots of eagles, and a whale in the distance. The guide was once again, fabulous! This truly was another nature tour at its best being very scenic, beautiful and relaxing.
On our return, the guides (two of them) went rushing down to the waters, where they tried to hand catch a 25 lb. salmon. WOW was it huge. They did not get it but it was such fun to watch. A nice treat of smoked salmon etc. awaited us which was delightful.
I would gladly book this trip again and I do highly recommend it to any of my clients. I did not want it to end and could have done it again, right away.
Another GREAT JOB BY SHORE TRIPS is all I can say.

We enjoyed port side pick up as well as a small group of a of 4 guests. The history of the gold rush continues to be fascinating to me, and this tour brought to light a bit more of the history from this time period. The trail was not the original path taken by the miners but one the park service put in at
the same grade the miners climbed, caring their ton of goods. This was done so day hikers such as myself would get an understanding of the difficulty faced by
these men. The grade was taken slow and easy. The knowledgeable guide pointed and explained interesting facts about near by trees, plants and bushes, making
the hike very interesting. Juice and snacks were provided during our hike. The float trip was on gentle water taking us through spectacular Alaskan scenery. What a beautiful afternoon in nature, history and with a few like minded people. I highly recommend this tour.

Our trip was great! Everything went very smoothly, we found Jenna and enjoyed our trip out to the starting point. She took pictures of us, we have a great family photo. We enjoyed the hike, didn't see any bears, but was ok with that. She explained lots of stuff, we really enjoyed her. The float part was beautiful, the scenery, weather was great, no complaints at all! We enjoyed the snacks too :-)

We met driver with no problem. It was just my husband and I and one other gentleman on the tour. We went to the Stables, got our horses and headed up the mountain into the rain forest. Nice trip-saw many views of the island from atop the mountain. Our guides were very knowledgeable. In the rain forest we saw a 300 year old tree-so cool. Overall, Shoretrips is the way to go. These (3) tours took us away from the crowded ship and the ship's tours. As long as you are aware fo the ship's departure from each island and book your trip accordingly, you will have no problem getting back on time. I will definately book again wand recommend SHORETRIPS to everyone!

We had a wonderful time. The horses were gentle, and the views up through the sugar cane to the rainforest area were gorgeous. Anthony took our picture several times, one of which was a pose by the molasses mill ruins with our cruise ship in the background in the port. He used our camera without any difficulty. He also cut sugar cane for us to sample, and he picked up a huge coconut on the way up the mountain and cracked it open. Within minutes he had the husk off and peeled it out for us to eat. My husband and I were the only two on the trip. We also saw a 400 year old banyon tree where Anthony took our picture among the roots. It was the most memorable excursion on our 11 day vacation. Snorkling with the sea turtles was second, but that was booked through our cruise line. We did some bus tours through the cruise line, but they were not relaxing and went by things so quickly that you couldn't take in the beauty. This excursion allowed us to feel like we were right there living with the people on the island and not just tourists. I recommend this trip to anyone who loves the outdoors and horses. Its a keeper!!

I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT BOOKING EXCURISONS THAT WERE NOT OFFERED BY THE CRUISELINES. WE DID NOT KNOW ANYONE WHO DID THIS BEFORE. BUT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT JUST FINE. This excursion was the highlight of my whole vacation. All I could think of was, I would climb on top of this horse, and scream:" High Oh Silver, Away", and the horse would ride off. Every time I thought of that, I got a big smile on my face knowing this would be the best of all the excursions for a guy who had never rode a horse in his life. Once at the ranch, we met up with our guide who helped pick out a horse that would be ideal for our riding experience. He explained how to guide the horse along the paths. My horse, Patrice, was a sweet thing. I could not help but fall in love with her. She was so gentile, and very easy to ride, and responded very well. Along the way, we saw lots of cute children who would welcome us with "hola, hola". We got to a region along the path where we stopped and the horses got a chance to relax. We waded in the river water. The lunch was truly the best of all the Mexican food I ate on this cruise to Mexico. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a safe adventure.

This trip was really fabulous, and made our trip in Acapulco really fun. Our guide, Eduardo, was very helpful with our daughters’ horseback riding trip. He detailed their day’s events, drove them to the ranch, and turned them over to the ranchers. The horses were well mannered, the stables were clean, and the local ranchers were very helpful in getting the girls outfitted and on their way. The trip lasted about three hours and they had a wonderful time. We rated this excursion a 10! Thank you again for all your help and we look forward to a long relationship between our companies.

All nine of us had a great time on the horseback riding trip. Many people asked why we would pay so much to ride a horse for an hour, to which I responded how often are you on a beautiful island riding horses on the beach. Actually one of the highlights of our trip to St. Maarten was meeting our driver. He was very accommodating for us. When we were having trouble getting chairs at the beach he did not leave and made sure that we got them before he left us for the afternoon. He also gave us a history of the Island and answered the many questions we had on our return trip to the cruise ship. It is always nice to meet and make new friends on vacations...those are the memories that last a lifetime.

The horseback riding in St. Martin was fantastic.... a dream come true to actually get to horseback ride along a beach and in the water!! We of course had some time riding along a trail to get to the beach, but even that was pleasant. Once we got to the beautiful water, it was a little bit of heaven here on earth for me!! I have ridden in the lush forests of Pennsylvania and the cactus filled land in Arizona and have loved them both. However, riding along the beach was just what I had dreamed about since childhood!! The horses were very well taken care of and our guide was Great!!

My clients enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in the dining room as they watched the masses disembark the ship in Ocho Rios, Jamaica one morning. Once the mob scene had cleared, my clients then strolled down to the pier in and were greeted by their driver and guide to take them on the Wassi Butterfly and Pottery Tour. One of the clients had been to Jamaica many times before. He commented that he had never seen so much of Jamaica's countryside before. Their guide was extremely knowledgeable, well educated and pleasant. Her name is Beverly. The experience was one of a gentle paced excursion provided by friendly and genuinely helpful people. We had a great time, and were very pleased with our Shoretrips excursions...in fact, we wish we'd booked more of them. In Rome, he too was waiting for us, was charming and took us immediately to meet with our guide through the Vatican. She was perfect, very knowledgeable and kept us moving. The 3 hours went very fast! We then stopped at a wonderful, low key, non touristy place for lunch...great. Our guide took us past all the top spots in Rome...he was also knowledgeable and was very willing to stop when we wanted to...There was way too much to see in a few hours, but our final stop was a great gelato place!
We were very pleased with both our Shoretrips!

This was the best of Alaska with our tour guide. She presented Juneau with the love of everything she showed us. The Jeep we road in was so comfortable. We were supplied with top of the line binoculars. She would point wild life for us to see and enjoy. It rained and she also supplied us with rain ponchos. She took us to some amazing sites and we were able to take our time and enjoy has long as we liked. This is a trip that everyone needs to experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Jeep tour in August with our guide. She was very knowledgeable and took us to some unbelievably gorgeous areas near Juneau. We had actually hoped to be able to drive our own Jeep and go off-road a bit(a hobby we enjoy here in the San Diego area), but we were able to enjoy the sights more by being passengers and no chance of getting lost! She was very accommodating to what we hoped to see and she was also great company! She took us to the Alaskan Brewery, which was a hoot (and delicious too!). We're happy to say that we came home with some wonderful memories and pictures, so much so that we are already planning another trip to Alaska!

We booked the jet ski and snorkel excursion in Curacao. The jet skis were a lot of fun. The snorkeling was good with a lot of varieties of fish. We were also able to briefly tour an old fort right off the beach near where we were jet skiing. We had a blast and would recommend this excursion.

Our trip to Egypt was wonderful. We had a great guide and driver. They were waiting to greet us. They had cold drinks and snacks for us in the van. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and went everywhere with us. We felt very safe. The best part was that each time we left an attraction, she called to the car and it was waiting for us. They took us to very nice restaurants, but we still were careful about what we ate!! The Hotel was good. We got to see a lot in the two days we were there. We were escorted back to the ship by a police caravan. I will highly recommend this mode of travel for anyone going to Egypt.

The tours that were arranged by Shoretrips were fabulous!! On the tour of Pisa & Florence our tour hostess was fantastic!! She is very knowledgeable about the sights and points of interests of Pisa & Florence. She is an expert when it comes to the arts and makes visiting the museums interesting as well as educational. Besides going to the usual tourists sights, she gave us a tour of the everyday life of Florence. We visited some everyday artists and got to witness them creating their arts. We also visited a factory and witness leather wallets and purses being made. The restuarant the we had lunch at was quaint and we enjoyed the Florence cuisine. Touring the sight of Pisa & Florence with her was more than just a tour. She made us feel at home - like we were visiting family and that a family member was showing us the sights. She was the best!!!

All 8 of us agreed that our day out of Cannes was one of the best days of our Mediteranean cruise. Our driver was fabulous he had a great personality, and he really moved us along so that we could take full advantage of our only day in France. He took us to Antibes to enjoy an amazing open air market, then to St. Paul du Vonce which was charmingly beautiful, and then to Monte Carlo. We even stopped at a marina to see yachts belonging to the very rich. The drive was a feat in itself, on those cliffs with hairpin turns in places. He handled it all with obvious experience. A breathtakingly beautiful, totally memorable day.

We had a great time doing the whale watching tour in Juneau arranged by Shore Trips. I would definitely recommend this to others. Unlike the other boats, this is a small boat, with extremely personalized attention from the staff. They really take the time to talk about whales and see that you get as many sightings as possible. The trip was rounded off by the captain taking us to see a bald eagle nest, which was really very rewarding.

For the whale watching, we were in the right and experienced hands and had the opportunity to see a single humpback whale bubble feeding (which we were told is unusual as it’s often done in a group of whales. This single whale kept us entertained for almost 20 minutes. It soon disappeared when a group of other boats arrived. Watching wildlife, it’s a chance you have to take at being at the right place and at the right time.

We really enjoyed our horseback riding excursion. It was a memorable high point of our vacation. Our guide to and from the ranch was very courteous and knowledgeable making the ride very enjoyable. Our wrangler was very skilled and fun to ride with. We felt like guests, not tourists in a strange land--and that truly is something special. Lunch was very good, and we will always remember the trip. Your text of the excursion does not give it justice. It was truly unique. Thanks, and we will definitely use Shoretrips in the future.

It was an adventure in the jungle more than just a ride on a ranch. This was the best trip in a 7 day cruise. We arrived in Belize an hour early and our driver, Carlos, was already there to meet us. He took us thru the city. Carlos explained the history and current events of the city to us as we traveled. Once there, we saw a beautiful paradise in the jungle! We were served fresh squeezed orange juice before our ride. I can't pick a word to use to describe the fun we had. It was, amazing, great, wonderful, exciting! If anyone were to ask me what I would expect out of a horseback ride in the jungle, and I thought of the best ride I could, this would have been it! We walked, trotted, cantered. Saw monkeys in the trees. Rode under a canopy of palms, along mud trails, up and down embankments, through orange and teak groves and in the Belize river. After the horseback ride we went on a boat ride down the Belize river. The boat was just a small boat for going down river. It was beautiful, calm and serene. Lunch was delicious. When you go on this adventure, do not expect anything fancy, and you will not be disappointed. Everything is simple and beautiful, although very comfortable. It was the highlight of our cruise!!! I did and will continue to recommend this outing to anyone going to Belize.
*I would also like to add a comment about ShoreTrips.com itself. After we were on our cruise, our schedule was changed so that we were to be in Belize on Thursday instead of Friday like originally planned. I sent an email to ShoreTrips stating this and asked if it would be possible to change the date of our excursion. I received an email the next day saying it had been taken care of and someone would meet us on Thursday. For someone new to cruising, this was a relief that it had been handled so promptly and that we were still able to go on our ride in Belize.
Thank you all at ShoreTrips for making mine and my sisters first cruise such a memorable event and one that will be treasured for a lifetime!

St. Lucia was an excellent day. The waterfall stop was great and so much better than where the masses went (we passed them and saw them swimming in a MURKY waterfall pool). The guide was very safe on the boat with life jackets for every one.The boats were in good shape and not over crowded. We enjoyed the birds
some of them we had never even heard of. The guide was funny, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us extra attention when he could. Everything seemed to go along smoothly; We had no problems with the tour company at all. I would highly recommend the tour.

I took an excursion to the El Yunque Rain Forest near San Juan, PR. There were 8 of us in the group and we were all impressed with the experience. This was mainly because of our guide. He did an excellent job at keeping us informed and
entertained! The trip gave us an opportunity to see the Puerto Rican countryside; I now feel I have traveled in Puerto Rico, not just to San Juan. He was very punctual with the hotel pickup, and we started out right on time.
I would recommend this excursion to anyone who has time before their cruise in San Juan. It took some effort to get our whole group together on this, but was worth it. I'd like to thank ShoreTrips for helping us out by taking separate payment from the couples and singles in our group.

Our El Yunque Rainforest Tour and Hike was outstanding!. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and charming. He shared a lot of local history and flavor on the drive out to the rainforest where his knowledge of the local plants was excellent and his demonstrations of the color changing flowers thrilled my nieces and nephews. The hike itself is somewhat challenging, but our family group that included ages 10 through 77 were all able to make it down to the waterfall and back up and out. The scenery along the hike is worth it. Being a small family reunion group we were delighted to have a private tour for our group of 12.

This ShoreTrip was OUTSTANDING!!!!! There were just the 6 of us on this trip. We went to a resort to do our kayaking and snorkeling and also for lunch. Our guide was absolutely the best. He was very personable, professional and patient. Also, very safety conscious. He did a wonderful job with the entire group, but most especially with the people who had never kayaked before. He made sure everyone had a good time and were included no matter what their level of eperience. The spot was perfect for the kayaking and snorkeling. Remote and beautiful. We appreciated that we were the only ones on this sidetrip. That is one of the main reasons I book with Shoretrips. I like the exclusivity. And, as a Travel Agent, this is one of the things I sell to my clients about your company. Again, about this sidetrip, the included lunch was great. Lots of choices, very good food. We were already having a fantastic time on our other excursions around the Caribbean, and thought it could not get any better until we arrived in Roatan. We were driven to Turquoise Bay, where the name speaks for itself. While driving downhill to the facility, the view opens up to a delicious turquoise bay. We kayaked through the mangroves and tied up along the barrier reef. Once in the water, it was hard to get out after our two hours of snorkeling. The water was crystal clear, and the reef was pristine with an abundance of marine life. I photographed the reef and its marine life while free diving and snorkeling. It was the trip of a lifetime, and we are most appreciative of the service and recommendations from ShoreTrips.

The directions were accurate and detailed. Our excursion was very private as it was only our family and one other lady; we loved the "one on one" attention. Our guide, Jason, was great. He took us amazing snorkeling spots with no one in sight. We saw star fish, sea urchins, flounder, grouper, beautiful colored fish, huge formations of coral, and schools of small fish. We also saved $10.00/per person by going through Shoretrips versus the cruise ship excursions. We had a great time and would not think twice about using shoretrips again!

The shore trip was great for the time/cost. Our guide was very smart and fun. She clearly loved what she did. We have used Shore Trips now on two cruises and have found it to be consistently better than the cruise line's version of the same. The Cruise's excursions always have a large group with perhaps the possibility of a native guide. Shore Trips uses local agencies that are independent with native guides resulting in even better tours and smaller groups. We plan to use Shore Trips again in the future.

He is local, so he was able to tell us many stories about the village and surrounding Ketchikan. No one else had signed up for this trip, so it was a private tour for the 4 of us! I am so glad that we went on this trip rather than one arranged through the cruiseship where they heard you onto a bus. We've got some great memories from this trip.

And we were able to get close to the water. The trip to Saxman Totem Pole Village was great. We were able to see the totem pole carvers at work. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Our ShoreTrips was wonderful! We got to see the sights, learn the history, and even see eagles. The trip was definately worth the price; it was the least expensive excursion we went on and by far one of the best. Our guide was friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. The trip was "just right".

Our Salmon fishing trip in Skagway was great! The Guide was friendly and took us to several locations to fish. At first we weren't catching any Salmon and then finally did get 2 small ones. The Guide moved the boat again and my son caught two large Salmon (about 30 inches) that we could keep. I asked the guide to take pictures of my son and I and he was very helpful and took the pictures. We really enjoyed it and my son was very proud of his Salmon which we had processed in Alaska and sent back to Minnesota.

We had a GREAT time on our excursion. The driver of the bus and the hostess were fabulous. We have told everyone that we have talked to, since returning, that they should take this excursion. We had so much fun and laughed and got to know a lot of people from our Cruise since there were two buses. Let the Kukoo staff know what a GREAT time we had.

We had a great time in Belize - everything worked out just as planned. Our tour guide was waiting for us right at the pier, and we piled into the van for the ride to the boat. The boat ride was FUN! The kids especially loved it. Then we took a long walk through the rain forest near the Mayan ruins. The guide was very knowledgeable about the animal, bird, and plant species we saw while on the boat ride and in the rain forest, and he was well-prepared with bug spray! He offered lots of information about the Mayan civilization, how they lived, the excavation of the temple sites, etc. Plus, he asked us to stand still and listen to the silence in the forest, which we certainly never hear at home.
After the tour of the temples, we sat down to a wonderful Caribbean lunch of stewed chicken, rice and beans, salad, papaya and fried plantains. It was all delicious!
We were back at the pier in plenty of time to get the tender boat back to the cruise ship.
I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends - it was quite an adventure, and our guide really taught us a lot about the region, its plants and animals, and its history.

While in St Lucia with five couples we went on a couple excursions. We did the Land and Sea and The ATV/Zipline excursion. Both excursions were packed with fun.
Our guide for the Land and Sea was so informative and laughed with us the entire day. We spent the morning in an open Jeep touring the gorgeous island, stopping at the volcano and waterfalls, and then we jumped on our catamaran at 1pm to tour the island by sea and to snorkel. We danced, sunned and drank rum and piton on the boat.
Highly recommend both excursions!!!!

I was the travel agent with my little group of 4 and we joined three others on the dock. The owner of the tour company met us and we traveled in a small van to board the train. We had one car to ourselves where the Princess tour groups were crammed into two cars. We were met by owner at the end of the train ride and had a marvelous excursion in the Yukon. The Princess passengers were met with large buses. The difference between the tours was the intimacy of our small group. We were also able to visit Emerald Lake which the cruise line's excursion did not include. This could not have been a better trip. We also enjoyed a very good lunch and museum visit as well as breathtaking vistas for viewing and photos. I use Shoretrips every chance I get for myself and my clients. I am booking your tours again for our Antarctica tour in January. Keep up the good work.
