This is, perhaps, the most popular tour in town. We know why. These professionals work hard to make it look simple and their goal is to create a wonderful day for you.
Throughout the ins and outs and ups and downs of island life, this company has managed to excel for the last 50 years. Started by the man who "discovered" Stingray City, the company is still family-owned and although the founder is not a kid anymore, he will often board the boat and regale guests with tales of life in Cayman's earlier days.
You'll board a cabin cruiser for the trip to the famous Stingray City sandbar to interact with the stingrays in waist-deep water. You'll also stop to snorkel at either the Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens, and a spot for the conch dive (in season).
At Stingray City, you can enjoy having the stingrays swim around you or you can don your snorkel and get a little more up close and personal. Food for the stingrays is provided so you can experience the feeling of them grabbing the goodies with their mouths on the underside of their body as they swim over your hand.
The gorgeous Barrier Reef will provide you the opportunity to snorkel in waters 8-10 ft. deep inhabited by nurse sharks and moray eels, as well as beautiful coral and thousands of fish.
Or you could stop at the Coral Gardens, a cluster of coral formations which is home to thousands of fish and a few stingrays. Your captain will determine the reef that you'll be snorkeling the day of the trip.
You'll take a break at the beach of the lovely Kaibo Yacht Club, where lunch is served. In season, from November 1-March 31, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in a "conch dive." The conch will be served marinated as an appetizer with a full lunch to follow (we promise everything else will be cooked!). The mahi-mahi, steamed plantains, coconut bread, rice, potato, and tossed salad lunch is said to be worth the price of admission alone!
Everytime I talk to people about Grand Cayman, they all tell me about this tour. I don't think anything else in the Caribbean has a following like this!

- 8:30 AM (5 hrs) Check in 8:30am. Return approximately 2:30pm.

No Taxi Required Specific pick up or taxi instructions will appear on your voucher after you purchase your trip.Special Instructions
• The meeting location is two blocks from the pier. Directions will appear on your voucher.
• There is a photographer on almost all tours. Photos will be available for purchase. You can pay using USD or credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are accepted.
• Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel and sunblock.
• Snorkel gear, ice water, and fruit punch are included in the price of the tour.
• Restroom facilities are available onboard the boat.
• Please note that occasionally your ship may be routed to Spotts Marina due to weather. Your tour will be run unless the representative at that pier notifies you otherwise. Please look at your voucher for instructions.
Restrictions
• Please call if you are not sure of your last tender time.
• Though we have no restrictions on ages for this trip, we suggest that if you have little ones, you bring along "floaties" for their arms. The snorkel gear is sized for children ages 4 and over. You may want to purchase a children's size set prior to your cruise.
• When purchasing, please enter the number of children under age 4 who will be on the trip. There is no charge for these children.
• There is a minimum of 10 people needed to operate this trip. Go ahead and book and if the minimum has not been met, you'll be given the option of canceling or taking one of our other Stingray City snorkeling tours.
• Please alert ShoreTrips in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate.
• This tour is not available on Christmas Day.
