Although this tour's focus is experiencing the local cuisine, we'll also meet the passionate butchers, bakers, chefs, brewers and restaurant owners who elevate this tour from ordinary to extra-ordinary.

Delight in Prague's "fairy tale" architecture as we pass through the Old Town en route to our first tasting destination. The classic dish of dumplings and braised beef is just one of the savory samplings of this tour. We'll also visit a local butcher, purveyor of all natural products and master of Old World techniques.

Never tasted sauerkraut soup before? Remember, you came on this tour to try new things. So go ahead...try it, you'll like it (or love it!) Another local favorite is the open-faced sandwich. Find out about its origins as you delight in every bite.

No food tour is complete without a visit to a local brewery. We'll take a tour of a craft brewery proud of its use of all natural ingredients and, of course, relish a sample of foamy, hoppy perfection.

At some point during our day, we'll sneak off to a lovely, out of the way art gallery. Just the flower-filled courtyard is worthy of the detour, although you won't want to miss the gallery's offerings inside.

An old tradition, lovingly brought back to life is the gingerbread cookie. Although these delightful treats come in a variety of shapes and decorations, rest assured they all contain the same spicy, chewy goodness underneath.
