You would think it an easy task to find a nice snorkeling tour, just a half day activity to introduce a traveler to the gorgeous waters of Key West. Well, guess again! It has taken us awhile to find one that is up to snuff. We know our guests have high standards and ours are even higher.

You will enjoy this one, as this crew delivers more than just a snorkel tour. They know how to treat their guests, as well as how to maintain their catamarans.

The waters surrounding the Florida Keys are home to the only living coral barrier reef in North America, with thousands of acres of seagrasses and hundreds of miles of mangrove-fringed shoreline. There is always the conflict here about whether the scenery is more beautiful and exciting above the water or below.

Therefore, this tour is perfect as it takes you on a half-day snorkel, allowing you to see the rest of Key West with the remainder of your day.

Your tour begins with a spirited one-hour sail from Key West’s Historic Seaport to the living reef, which is protected by the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. As we near the reef, our experienced crew will provide a professional safety and instruction course on snorkeling, and then it's time to hit the tranquil, clear water!

As you explore the reef’s magnificent underwater world, keep an eye out for the many fish, coral, and marine wildlife that call it home.

You'll have plenty of time, about an hour or so, to snorkel these very active waters. First-timers will appreciate the great guidance they'll receive on this tour.

After snorkeling, and washing off the salt in our freshwater shower, feel free to relax in the sun or grab a seat in the shade under our covered deck.

During the return sail, enjoy cold soft drinks and filtered water, as well as complimentary beer and wine, as you take in the incredible views on the way back to shore.
