Without preconceived ideas, we will whisk you first to the Batu Caves, the iconic site set high on a range of limestone cliffs. This vast cavern complex has become one of the most popular attractions near the capital and is a center of prayer for worshippers who come from far. There are three main caves which house numerous Hindu shrines. Delving into the caves is an option as is the attempt to climb the 272 steps to reach the top, where homage is paid to respective deities. Along with the views of the city center, you can expect to see monkeys frolicking about. It is enough to absorb the view and the activity without entering caves or climbing the steps.

After a break for lunch, we will take you to some of the city's most celebrated monuments including the National Monument, King's Palace, Independence Square, and Sultan Abdul Samad Building.
