A brief stop at the Otorohanga Kiwi Bird Nocturnal House will provide a rare opportunity to see the endangered Kiwi bird that has become an iconic symbol of New Zealand. A stop for lunch (additional cost) will be made before reaching your final destination.

Once in Waitomo, you will explore a natural landmark that has become a part of over 125 years of New Zealand history. A world-famous boat ride will show you the marvels of Mother Nature as thousands of remarkable glow worms display themselves in what feels like a cinematic wonderland. A local guide will provide informative commentary on all aspects of the caves and how they have developed into what they are today. After leaving Waitomo, you will make a stop at McLaren Falls Park to enjoy a final bit of New Zealand beauty before finally returning to Tauranga.
