Surrounded by over 200 square miles of coral reef formations, with over 300 wrecks dating from the 15th to the 20th centuries scattered across the ocean floor, the island offers a marine wonderland that you can spend many happy hours exploring.

Your first SCUBA lesson is, arguably, one of the most important ones. If you have a wonderful experience, then it stands to reason that this could very well become a lifelong passion.

Of course, it all begins with a great dive shop and our operator, unlike many others, does not run a seasonal business. He is there 24/7 all year long. Professional to the hilt, he provides excellent instruction and an awesome experience.

The operator's boats are custom designed to suit the comforts of divers. You'll find shade, a platform, and a boarding ladder. Your lesson begins with instruction to learn all the basic skills all divers need to know. Then, when you feel comfortable, you'll experience your very first dive. You'll dive to a maximum depth of 40 feet, which it so happens, allows to your explore a wreck, something not often available for novice divers.

If you or the instructor feels that you are not proficient enough to dive safely, you can snorkel, but no refunds will be given.
