One of the owners of this shop is from Andros, Bahamas, and has been diving all of his life. His partner came for an Introduction to Scuba class and ended up marrying her instructor! You'll love both of them and thank them for providing this awesome experience.
This island is the perfect place to learn to SCUBA dive. With its clear waters and exceptional walls, Freeport will take you into another world--the one underwater. You'll not only learn from the best, but you'll get a glimpse into the incredible future you can enjoy as you travel the world.
You'll begin your instruction in a classroom setting and then work with your equipment in a pool. There will never be more than 6 people in this group, allowing you personal attention and the chance to have all your questions answered.
When you're feeling confident (and excited!), you'll take a one-tank dive to a depth of approximately 30 to 40 feet. You'll have a blast exploring the underwater world for the first time!
Some dive shops are all business, but here you will meet real people and probably leave with new friends. You'll immediately feel the warmth and the pride of this couple in their business and their island. We had a lovely visit here and almost forgot we were working.

• Please wear or bring your swimsuit, a towel, and a waterproof camera.
Restrictions
• Divers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• There is a minimum of 2 people needed to operate this tour.
• Certain medical conditions may prevent you from participating. You should be in reasonably good physical condition. No one who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed to dive.
• Divers will be asked to complete a PADI Discover Scuba Diving Participant Statement. Some medical restrictions apply. After your booking is confirmed, you will be provided with a link to the PADI medical questionnaire.
