Today you will enjoy a trip that requires several different modes of transportation. Each play a part in your pleasure, from the first, boarding a vehicle for a ride that will bring you to the southern coast of the island where you will debark on Bayahibe Beach. There you will begin your excitement, with one of a series of speedboats that will whisk you towards Saona Island. Before you reach your destination, a stop is made at the amazing natural pool which lies between Bayahibe and Saona. How cool it is to enjoy this spot with some drinks to mellow you out a little more quickly while lounging in the warm waters of this idyllic place. Enjoy the peace, the view and starfish the size of dinner plates before once again continuing your ride to Saona Island.

Saona Island lies just off the southeastern tip of the Dominican Republic and is part of the East National Park. The mangroves are gorgeous and the coral reefs are plentiful.
