Come join us on a cultural exploration of La Antigua, Guatemala, located about an hour and a half from the cruise ship terminal.

Set out on this amazing scenic drive into the central highlands of Guatemala. If you're a photographer, you'll be in heaven! The area boasts well-preserved architecture and landscape. In fact, La Antigua has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

Once at La Antigua, we'll start off by visiting El Carmen market for some shopping (lots of Mayan people and Mayan handicrafts) and also walk through the various buildings that surround it, such as the Cathedral, The General Captains Palace, and Arms Museum. There's also a few gorgeous churches.

Next, we'll break for lunch (the cost of lunch is not included). Your guide will make a couple of suggestions based on your lunch preferences. In the afternoon, we'll visit a jade factory, where beautiful jewelry is handmade.

At the conclusion of the tour, you'll be returned to the cruise ship terminal.
