I was so impressed with this dive operation. The owner is very likable, as is his staff. Their boats are in tip-top shape and are adorned with heavily varnished bright-work. Each time I visited their location I had to walk over to the boats just to take them in. They are probably the prettiest dive boats I've seen. So, if you are into great diving AND great looking boats, then here's your ticket for a wonderful day in the Caribbean sun.
Roatan's reef is so close to shore that, depending on conditions, you could be diving after a five-minute boat ride. Most sites are no more than 20 minutes away.
Here's an added bonus - this dive shop is located in the very hip Caribbean community of West End. The beach is wonderful, the shops, bars and restaurants will keep you entertained for as long as you wish to stay.
- This Tour Includes:
- You will be administered the PADI Certification Dives #1 and #2 OR #3 and #4.
- All equipment will be furnished.
- After the dives our tour operator will sign your paperwork to verify you have successfully completed your certification dives.
- Typical dive locations are within the Sandy Bay West End Marine Park.

• The easiest and fastest way to get to the dive shop is to take a taxi ($15 per person one way) from the Port of Roatan cruise pier. If you are coming into the Mahogany Bay dock (Carnival/Princess ships), it is a 25-minute ride and will cost approximately $ 80.00 for a roundtrip taxi for up to 4 passengers
• All equipment is furnished. Please bring sunblock, a towel, a hat, and a t-shirt.
• Start times may be adjusted if need be. Please contact ShoreTrips if you require an alternate time.
Restrictions
• Please bring your swimsuit and all the necessary paperwork.
• This program is also not available from June 8th to July 9th.
