This hands-on cooking class showcases the island's culinary traditions and bright flavors in an exciting and memorable way. Your expert instructor will begin with an overview of St. Kitts' food culture. Using locally-sourced ingredients, you'll learn how to prepare tropical fruits and vegetables with an array of herbs and spices before tackling the main dish. But don't forget about dessert.

Don't worry about trying to take your own photos with messy hands either. An experienced photographer will be capturing the entire class, leaving you with more time to engage in the experience!

And what's a vibrant, tropical three-course meal without a cocktail? Your instructor will walk you through the blending process to ensure your drink pairs perfectly with your meal. At the end of the lesson, you'll get to savor the meal and cocktail you just prepared with friends and your instructor.

• Cost includes a three-course meal and one cocktail.
• Menu changes to suit seasonal ingredients, but will always contain an appetizer, main course, dessert, and drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available upon request. We will ask for any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Restrictions

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants from November 1 - April 30th and requires a minimum of 6 participants from May 1 - October 31st.
• Pricing is based on pick up from the cruise pier. If you are staying at a hotel, the cost may be higher due to the distance.
• There is a maximum of 18 participants per departure.
• This class requires a minimum of 6 participants from May 1st - October 31st.
• Guests must be at least 12 years of age.
• Seats are provided during the class, but some standing will be required during certain cooking exercises.
• All guests must sign a waiver prior to taking the tour. Those choosing not to sign will not be allowed to take the tour and no refunds will be given.
