KAYAK...FULL DAY ADVENTURE

KAYAK...FULL DAY ADVENTURE
ShoreTrips says...
Arthur wanted to hook us on his island and his tour and he did it in a fascinating way. Instead of taking us to the launch site right away, he led us up a mountainous road where we stopped and looked down over a beautiful bay. That inviting bay is where you will kayak and your paddling will take you on a guided tour of the shoreline.
Our full day trips are a great way to explore the most remote parts of St. John and the surrounding cays. We begin by going over complete kayak instruction on the beach before setting out.
On our full day trip, we leave from the beach in Cruz Bay at 10 am, paddle along the north shore of St. John to nearby Honeymoon Beach where we go for a quick swim. Next, we paddle out to Henley Cay, a small, uninhabited island which is part of the National Park, where we'll stop for some excellent snorkeling. You'll be ready for our picnic lunch by then, as well as the warmth of the noonday sun. From there, we'll continue on to Lovango Cay where we'll take another look under the surface with a little more snorkeling before returning to Cruz Bay around 4 pm.
This daytrip is a great way to explore the most remote parts of St. John, the Virgin Islands National park, and the surrounding islands. No previous experience is necessary, as our guides will teach you the fundamentals before setting out.
