Your experienced Coast Guard licensed captain has been sailing his whole life, having spent his youth plying the waters of the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound. After sailing throughout the Lesser Antilles for an extended period of time, he realized this was home. With his classic sloop, he is thrilled to share his love of sailing and the brilliant blue waters of the Caribbean with his guests.
Board this classic yacht and get ready to share your day with an experienced captain who prides himself on providing his guests with a wonderful day at sea. His 45-foot Hanse monohull has all new snorkel gear (with complete instructions provided), a cushioned cockpit, open bar, full awning for shade, and a fleet of fun water toys.
Whether you are sharing this activity with friends or you make friends along the way, the lucky 6 people aboard this sail will be treated to great service. Even though the captain and crew might do this almost every day of the year, you'd never know because they truly enjoy the attributes of Caribbean life and sailing is one of them.
Don your snorkel gear (instructions included for newbies) for exploring small coves full of fish and marine life, offering you a refreshing look into the underwater treats where few tread.
After snorkeling, a fully-stocked open bar awaits, including soft drinks, water, beer, and that Caribbean specialty, rum punch. A luncheon feast of chicken l'orange, Mediterranean pasta salad, plus a fruit and cheese platter is the crowning flourish to a thoroughly entertaining day. We've even heard that some people sail again just for the lunch.

Taxi and Transfers Required Specific pick up or taxi instructions will appear on your voucher after you purchase your trip.Special Instructions
• Bring sunblock, a towel, and an extra T-shirt. The Caribbean sun is very strong and snorkelers can burn quickly. We suggest that you wear a t-shirt when you're in the water...and sit in the shade on the boat whenever possible.
• Your crew relies on and appreciates gratuities for a job well done. The industry standard is 15% - 20%.
Restrictions
• This tour is not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
• This tour is not available August 26th - October 15th.
• From December 26-31, there is a minimum of 4 people required to operate this tour.
• Please note that once you arrive at the marina, you will take a small motorized boat to the sailboat. You must be able to climb in and out of the boat.
• Please inform ShoreTrips if you have any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate.
• Sorry, this boat is typically out of the water from mid-August to mid-October.
