One of the "Wonders of the West," Mont Saint-Michel is a Gothic-style Benedictine abbey dedicated to the archangel St. Michael. Built between the 11th and 16th centuries, the abbey is a technical and artistic tour de force, having had to adapt to the challenges posed by this unique natural site. Rising up out of the bay like an apparition, it is an unforgettable sight and a fascinating place to explore.

You'll visit the famous abbey at the top of the mount, a wonderful example of ancient architecture. Enjoy the spectacular views of the bay, where the tide is said to come "galloping in like horses," and the charming medieval village with its many shops and restaurants.
