Of all the things on your bucket list, seeing the Northern Lights, (also known as the Aurora Borealis) should be close to the top. This phenomenon of nature, created when charged particles from the sun strike atoms in Earth's atmosphere, is so much more than its scientific explanation.
Step aboard this warm and comfortable boat, perfect for our mission. With an an outdoor viewing platform and an indoor salon, you're sure to find great viewing from every angle. We'll head out of town, away from the city lights to Faxaflói Bay, where the Northern Lights shine brightly.
Although there are no guarantees the Northern Lights will be visible on the night you visit, rest assured that they appear often in this area of the world.

- 8:00 PM (3 hrs) Oct 1- March 14. Transfer time included. Tour duration is 2.0 hours.
- 9:00 PM (3 hrs) March 15 - April 15. Transfer time included. Tour duration is 2.0 hours.
- 9:00 PM (3 hrs) Sept 1- Sept 30. Transfer time included. Tour duration is 2.0 hours.
Transfer / Meeting Instructions
No Taxi Required Specific pick up or taxi instructions will appear on your voucher after you purchase your trip.Special Instructions
• Please be aware pickups will begin 60 minutes prior to departure. There are several pickup locations so please be patient. You will be picked up.
• Sandwiches, snacks, coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks available for purchase on board the boat.
• There is free Wi-Fi on board.
• Warm overalls, life jackets, sea sickness pills are provided.
• There are restrooms on board the boat.
Restrictions
• This tour is accessible to people with walkers, but NOT to those in wheelchairs or scooters. We must be notified in advance of arrival.
• All of our tours are subject to weather conditions and sightings cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to bad weather conditions.
• Book early in order to avoid the disappointment of sell-outs.
