If you are coming from the airport, your car and driver will meet and greet you upon arrival. He will wait for you right outside the customs area and will take care of loading your luggage into the limousine. You will be taken to the cruise ship pier, where upon arrival you will check your luggage with the help of porters.
If you are coming from your cruise ship, disembark and go through customs. Then walk out of the customs area to the parking place, where you will find your limousine to take you to the airport. More specific meeting instructions will be provided on your voucher.

• If you miss a plane or experience long or serious delays due to missed/canceled flights or lost luggage, please contact your tour operators at the number provided on your voucher. If your tour operator does not hear from you, you may be charged for the time they have to wait for you at the airport. If your flight was canceled and they do not hear from you, you will be charged the full amount of your transfer.
• If any of your luggage gets lost, please approach the sliding doors of the customs area. Here you will find your driver/assistant right outside with a sign with your name. Kindly let them know that you'll be late.

Restrictions
• There is no limit on luggage, within reason. If your group has more luggage than the average of 2 pieces per person or if you have oversized luggage (such as golf clubs or bikes), please let us know prior to booking.
