WATERFALL HIKE AND KAYAK

WATERFALL HIKE AND KAYAK
When visiting an island nicknamed the "Garden Isle," so named because of it's overwhelming natural beauty and relative lack of development, then it only makes sense that you're going to want to get out and explore. Lucky for you we know the best spot to take you.
The area surrounding the Wailua River is known for gorgeous waterfalls as well as lush greenery. The scenery is tropical and tranquil providing the perfect setting to get lost in the wilderness, slow down from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and see what Kauai has to offer. Our goal is to take it easy, and let the river carry you away. Don't get too lost in your surroundings - you will have to do some paddling!
Native Hawaiians treated this area as sacred ground and as many as 7 ancient temples were once erected here. Your guide will tell you all about ancient legends and native Polynesian culture. We'll paddle until we reach a hidden spot and then we'll begin a nature hike to a secret waterfall. Truth is, the secret has gotten out that this is one of the most scenic spots in all of Kauai, though the waterfall is still just as secluded and untouched as ever.
Take some time enjoy a Hawaiian style picnic lunch, swim near the waterfall or just take in the views. This is Hawaii unchanged and a day you will remember.
