ShoreTrips says...

This tour is sure to please those looking for a tranquil experience in the heart of the great Alaskan wilderness.

After arriving to Denali State Park, your tour will start on Byer Lake, where your guide will provide you with brief and easy instructions on how to navigate your kayak. Due to the calm waters of Byers Lake, and stability of the kayaks, this trip is suitable for beginners and experienced kayakers alike.

Byers Lake is located in the heart of the Denali State Park and offers once in a lifetime views of Denali and the Alaskan mountain range. While cruising the lake watch for resident trumpeter swans, loons and beavers. Paddle over pools of spawning salmon. Look for the bears and eagles that come to feed on them. Take pictures of the breath-taking views of Denali and the Alaska Mountain Range.

Don't worry about your gear - we will provide you with splash gear, boots or water shoes and dry bags for cameras.
