Meet your dock representative at the end of the pier and embark on the journey to your amazing jet boat adventure! Enjoy a scenic drive to the Jet Boat facility where they have all the amenities for your comfort.
The adventure part of your tour is next. Your friendly local guide/naturalist and certified Captain will assist you for your jet boat journey through a small portion of the Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve on a powerful, yet quiet and uncovered boat for the best views of wildlife, scenery, and amazing photo opportunities. Moose are often the highlight of the tour, along with bald eagles and their massive nests dotting the river banks. Your captain will stop the boat when water depths allow, so you can capture an Alaskan photo for the ages!
After the boat ride, you'll board the bus for the scenic drive back to Haines, during which a boxed lunch will be provided for your enjoyment.
Then, you'll stop at the American Bald Eagle Foundation, a must-visit while in Haines. Live Raptors are available for viewing plus a great display of all the wildlife that inhabits the Chilkat Valley. Don't forget the gift shop for that perfect souvenir to remember your trip to Haines.

• YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR VOUCHER TO YOUR CAPTAIN/DRIVER.
• Jackets, gloves, earmuffs, and lap blankets are provided for the jet boat portion of the tour. Please dress in warm layers and wear comfortable shoes. Extra outerwear will be provided for inclement weather.
• A boxed lunch of chicken caesar wraps, a cookie, and water is included. If you need a gluten-free or vegetarian meal, please indicate this during the checkout process.
Restrictions
• This tour operates until September 13th.
• This tour is accessible to guests with limited mobility who are able to walk down and up the dock ramp at steep inclines (200 yards distance). Guests cannot be confined to a wheelchair and the tour cannot accommodate fixed wheelchairs or motorized scooters.
