ShoreTrips says...

Tucked away in the nooks and crannies of Nassau are a treasure trove of unique culinary experiences. From the timeless elegance of Old Nassau's most iconic estate to the latest addition to the culinary scene, experience Nassau as never before.

Just a few steps, but a world away from the flurry of activity surrounding Nassau's busy streets you'll find a cozy restaurant offering authentic home-made Bahamian cuisine. Savor a unique Bahamian twist on conch fritters, curried chicken, peas n' rice, local mac & cheese and even fried plantains, all while sipping on one of Nassau's more famous cocktails, Planters Punch.

Next we not only step away from the crowds, we take a step back in time. Experience the romance of yesteryear with a visit to one of Nassau's most iconic estates, known for its timeless elegance, beautiful grounds and its very own cigar factory. Savor the flavors of traditional Bahamian conch chowder, prepared by the estate's 5-star chef complimented with a signature cocktail masterfully blended with tropical fruit juices and 3 different spirits.

As we make our way to our final destination, our professional and friendly guide will introduce us to the cultural aspects of the country’s commercial and political capital while relating fascinating historical, architectural and cultural insights.

We arrive at Nassau's only winery, a new-comer to the island's burgeoning culinary and wine scene. Here we indulge the senses in a tasting of delicious and memorable specialty blended wines, enhanced further by a pair of decadent white and dark chocolate bon-bons. Wine and chocolate...the perfect compliment to this wonderful culinary experience.
