If you love dolphins...this is the excursion for you! You'll not only have the opportunity to swim with dolphins, but you'll also participate in a fascinating educational session where you'll learn all about these amazing mammals. Discover little-known facts about dolphins' lives, anatomy, and more!
The program will be performed in a safe and friendly environment consisting of an underwater platform during the educational segment, and the option to swim into the deep area (with lifevest) during the free time. Enjoy a special one-on-one moment with a dolphin and trainer that you'll never forget!
You'll also have the opportunity to witness fun and exciting dolphin behaviors such as swimming, jumping, kissing, and hugging!
- On this tour, you will:
- Kiss a dolphin
- Shake hands with a dolphin
- Witness tail splash
- Hear a mouth and fluke explanation
- Learn about dolphin anatomy
- Have free time with the dolphins
- Experience a one-on-one moment with dolphin and trainer
Days of Operation
Departures (local time)
- 10:00 AM (1 hrs) Check in 30 minutes prior to swim time.
- 11:00 AM (1 hrs) Check in 30 minutes prior to swim time.
- 2:00 PM (1 hrs) Check in 30 minutes prior to swim time.
- 3:30 PM (1 hrs) Check in 30 minutes prior to swim time.
Transfer / Meeting Instructions
Taxi and Transfers Required Specific pick up or taxi instructions will appear on your voucher after you purchase your trip.Special Instructions
• Please check in 30 minutes prior to activity time.
• Transfers are not included. The 15-minute taxi ride will cost approximately $25 each way per taxi for up to 4 people.
• The facility has lockers, changing rooms, fresh water showers, and a snack bar.
• There is no cost for observers and no need to pre-reserve. You simply pay for transportation to and from the dolphin park.
• Anyone booked for a ShoreTrips dolphin swim in Grand Cayman gets free admission to Boatswain's Turtle Farm.
Restrictions
•This program is ideal for those who can´t swim and pregnant women.
•Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
•Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. •Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per kid).
•Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
• Do not wear sunblock while swimming with the dolphins.
• Non-swimmers are welcome. Each person is required to wear a life jacket.
• Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy may participate in this program accompanied by another adult.
• Guests must follow the rules of the guides/instructors at all times.
