• For transfers between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., please contact ShoreTrips for pricing.
• If you are arriving by plane and you have been delayed or your flight is cancelled, please call your operator. If you cannot reach him, please call ShoreTrips. This will allow the operator to adjust the pick up time as there is a short wait time built into your pricing and after 45 minutes beyond arrival time, you will be billed extra. All contact information is on your voucher.

Restrictions
• This transfer includes a 45-minute maximum wait period. If you are going to be 45 minutes later than your scheduled pick-up time, please call the number on your voucher. If the company does not receive your call within 45 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged an additional hourly fee.
• Transfer price valid for Amsterdam cruise pier only. Contact ShoreTrips if your cruise ship is docking in Rotterdam.
• There is a 25% surcharge on the following days in 2020: January 1, April 10, 12,13 and 27, May 5, 21 and 31, June 1, December 25 and 26th, January 1, 2021. Please contact ShoreTrips for pricing.
• Transfer price valid for Amsterdam cruise pier only. Contact ShoreTrips if your cruise ship is docking in Rotterdam.
