Enjoy the beautiful drive through the Italian countryside and share stories with your driver as you head for the hills. The country farm that is your final destination is located in those hills, in the midst of Tuscany. You are going to San Miniato, in the lower Arno Valley on the south-eastern hills dominating the river plains, halfway between Pisa and Florence. The medieval village of San Miniato is in the center of Tuscany and it is preserved as a historic center set on the hilltop with the Cathedral, the Episcopal Palace, the Municipal Palace and the Tower Fortress dominating all the surrounding Arno, Era and Egola valleys. You can imagine the view! A short tour of this village will be just the start of your adventure.

Eventually, you will find yourself in a farmhouse kitchen, where you will stand side-by-side with your host, who is also your chef, Rossella. Flexible in adapting to your tastes, a conversation beforehand will determine the direction of your lessons and ultimately, your meal. The food, therefore, is customized to your interests and your tastebuds. In this casual and friendly atmosphere, you'll prepare a meal and then sit down to enjoy the creation together with your chef and host. The class can be hands-on or merely observed and comprises three courses plus wine, water, and coffee.

The interaction between your group and your host will deliver more than a great meal. You will depart leaving new friends with the knowledge that you can bring a little of Italy back home with you.
